Big Paul cooks cedar plank salmon! A quick and easy meal, perfect for a family dinner !
Recipe:
Just Salmon and a pre soaked cedar plank and a grill. 20 Minutes to a delicious meal.
IMPORTANT - Soak the cedar plank in cold water for at least 30 minutes prior to cooking
Lay Salmon on the Plank
Brush with Olive Oil
Sprinkle Kosher Salt
Black Pepper
Greek Oregano
Squeeze some fresh lemon
Place in a 400 degree grill over direct heat and close the lid to 20 minutes
Salmon is done when it is firm to to touch - ENJOY!!
ALTERNATIVE METHOD -
Brush with Olive Oil
Sprinkle with your favorite bbq rub, We used “Swamp Venom” From Dizzy Pig BBQ Company and it was AMAZING!!! (Link Below)
