The Best Cheap Coffee 

Starbucks is a crappy coffee with sneaky marketing.

Folgers black silk is my favorite

McCafe is excellent. But it depends on what you expect in your coffee. Some people like it strong and bitter, some like it mild and mellow. Everyone is different, and our tastes change if we change our coffee brands as well.

Folgers tastes like its been filtered thru stack of carboard boxes. Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts are way over roasted (over roasting covers up some of the bad tastes of sub-quality coffee beans. We drink quite a few coffees in our house, for cheap we use a blend of half Bustelo, half Lavazza.

I'm drinking Bustelo with milk and ohhh god it's the best coffee you could ever get.

I think for everyday experience, your coffee machine ( or water temperature, timing) may be more important than the coffee itself. I wish you can have experts rate on cheap coffee machines. I care about brewed coffee as I don’t usually drink espressos.

I had a co-worker that made Folgers every morning for the office. Her coffee was delicious. So I bought Folgers and wasn't able to make it taste like hers at home. Her coffee would taste good just black with a touch of sugar. At home, I like 8'oclock original coffee beans or Kirkland Rowanda coffee, both fairly economical. My mother uses Maxwell House in an electric perk coffee maker, tastes delicious. However, when I make the Maxwell House at my house, doesn't work.

Idk why people thinks Starbucks' is good.... Way overrated and overpriced.

Maxwel House, the way I make it, is smooth tasting. It’s not expensive and tastes good. Coffee is coffee. I’ll stick with MH.
