Absolutely excellent review as usual, Brian! The 2025 Camry LE FWD is the one to get. I test drove one a few weeks ago and thought it was great. The driver's seat was unbelievably comfortable and supportive. I like the tapping your shoes together before getting in. The Topher also does that for his test drive reviews.
Just bought a '25 Camry Hybrid AWD LE w/ convenience package to pair with my '22 Supra. It is an AMAZING car. I really suggest people look into the LE over the higher trims. You get better mpg because of the smaller wheels and a LOT of value. The base sound system is more than adequate. The cloth seats are quite comfortable for what they are as well. Just an amazing package at 32k. Real world getting 50 mpg or so with a lot of city and uphill driving (bay/coastal california). Oh and the interior space is exceptional. My fiance are both 6'0", and we can sit behind our own driving position without knees touching. Buy this car.
Great review Brian as always! I don't care for the exterior styling of the 2025 Camry, however I still love my 2020 Camry LE in magnetic gray metallic! Bought it brand new and have 57k miles on it with zero issues. It compliments my 2022 Tacoma TRD Sport with 26k miles that I purchased in June! Can't wait for the 4 year review on your Tacoma!
Thank you for sharing this great video Brian! I do like the LE model of Camry. I did see a review of a loaded LE Camry that had a sunroof. It was in the Ocean Gem color which is a personal favorite color of mine. I don’t recall if it was an all wheel drive model (I’m thinking it was). It’s definitely a model to consider! I don’t currently own a Toyota as I decided to try another Japanese brand (not a Honda)! The fuel economy I get with that car (even all wheel drive!), is incredible for a midsize sedan! It’s a model that I just learned is being discontinued for the 2025 model year. I will always respect you! I do miss Toyota after owning 5 Camrys. I’ll have to seriously consider a 2025 Camry. I may need to email you with a photo of my current ride. So much respect for you! Anyone in your area really needs to visit your dealership and ask for you! You mentioned not having power seats or leather wrapped steering wheel. The LE model does have the convenience package which gives you power driver seat, smart keyless entry, and smart rearview mirror. There is also the cold weather package which gives you heated front seats and heated leather wrap steering wheel.
@@D6EH I had a 2009 Camry LE that I just sold last year. 150K miles and it’s still going. I’d like the LE with the packages you mentioned but I’ll probably wait until 2027. Hopefully LE will have even more features standard by then.
@@kustomchevy27 I paid sticker, no dealer add ons, plus plates and taxes. LE's are rare in my area. I stopped by a dealer and they had one not on their web site, a customer had it reserved and changed his mind. I was happy with my trade in, it was less than a grand I could have gotten selling it on my own (which I wanted to avoid). I don't remember to the dollar but it was about $31,700.
Pretty much all N. and S. Cal dealers are selling at MSRP and no add ons. I remember a few months ago some were even discounting them. I would wait until December, usually that’s the slow season.
Great presentation and your voice is so calming! I’m thinking this will be my next car as I want a simple hybrid that gets over 50 mpg. I test drove the Prius but it felt claustrophobic inside and didn’t like the visibility.

My first car was a Camry LE 2018. I moved to the city so I had to end my lease but by the end of the year, I will be getting this car. I’m excited to see how it compares to the 2025.

Another great review I’m glad you contrasted the LE a little bit with the SE. After driving both the LE and the SE myself, I wondered if the fabric on the seats of the LE would hold up overtime??? What is your opinion about the longevity of the LE’s fabric?
Definitely the best trim! 32k for the fully loaded LE is a steal. The SE is too expensive for what it gives you. As for the XSE and XLE I too prefer the XLE over the XSE. A few nick picks are; I wish they would’ve kept the window switches from the 2018-2020 models and hood struts. It also would’ve been nice if they kept smart key standard since it’s a hybrid now but I see why they did it. Easier way to make some extra cash
Brian, please compare the lights at night of the LE and SE, along with the XLE. It might be worth it to me to upgrade to the XLE IF THE LIGHTING IS significantly better both on high and low beam.
I like your review and you seem like a really good guy. I would buy this car hands down over the new Accord which is basically an ugly refrigerator with a stupid 1.5 L Turbo clangy engine.
Is that interior black? It look kinda dark to me. Please tell me there is an option for a lighter interior because I dislike black interiors & would not own a car that is all black. I don’t mind the floor area & the dash area being black but can’t stand when everything is black including the seats.
Definitely a wonderful Camry that was presented from you in this video, great efforts that you put in this review Brian, I've really enjoyed it as all of your videos, and I'm personally considering your reviewing style is a standard. One concern that I've noticed, about the middle double AC vents are mounted too low level, I'm not sure about the air distribution, but you could feedback, because there were some people complained about a similar case but in another car brands (Skoda Octavia A8) and that was one of its negatives that was counted. Also, regarding the front headrests, I see that they are tilting towards the front, does this make any kind of un-comfortability or they are OK? Hey Hamdy thank you! The air vents seemed ok but I would know better after a longer drive. The headrests feel just fine. I'm disabled and have to drive through the car wash with my 2023 Camry.....the wheels and tires never get clean....is there something I could spray on them to pre clean them before the car wash?
I like the black! My only problem is for some reason this would be one of the highest cars to insure. Maybe because so many will probably be used for Ubers.
My 2009 is close to 400.000 miles eats oil like a mad dog😂. My 1990 was at 295.900 before I gave it away to my nephew this model was easy to work on nice open space with a 4 cylinder and then my 1986 supra was the best toyota by far so cool and aways brought a smile to my face, but this new hybrid looks like a mess of an engine. Only time will tell.
@brianruperti ..not sure to be honest. This is why I say only time will tell.. but that engine compartment is so pack full of electric components that anything could happen, but they have other hybrid, which are reliable but not to the extent of their all gas engine plus the cost of repairs will be higher for sure. I will wait to see if they have an issue after a year on the road with consumers and make a decision on if I'll get one or option to get the last year model of camry last gas engine. But I would rather buy a 1986 toyota Supra😁😂 it will bring back my smile.
Why does the range say 439 miles shoudnt it be higher like closer to 600 miles since its on a full tank and the mpg is 51 and the tank size is 13 gallons.
Brian how do you get one under msrp? These prices are just getting too high. I read online someone swears they bought a new SE for $28,500, yes a 2025 model.
If a dealer is willing to sell under MSRP then you’ve got it. Unfortunately Toyota seems to be “having trouble” getting inventory back to pre 2020 levels, which is leading to Camrys almost all being sold before they’re built. 🤔
@@brianruperti Over one foot longer than 2006 VW Jetta it will be replacing. Hood on Camry prominent too from driver’s position. Do either of these facts detract in any way from safety or drivability of the 2025 Camry? Just hoping it will fit in my garage ;o)
Well folks, there will never be a better Camry trim level than the 8th Generation refresh (2021 - 2024) Camry XSE V6 (XV70). Also the best Camry generation is the 8th Generation (XV70). Forget about the lame, slow, and ugly 2025 9th Generation Camry All-Hybrids. The most terrible interior and exterior designed Toyota Camry ever produced is the 2025 Camry. A fully loaded 2025 Camry XSE FWD Hybrid costs a few $hundred dollars more than a fully loaded 2024 Camry XSE V6 as between $41,000 to $42,000 and if you desire any 2025 Camry Hybrid with AWD the additional cost is $1,500. Did you know obtaining a 2025 Camry Hybrid AWD is not truly AWD as it is FWD until the vehicle's computer registers the tire rotation and surface contact requiring it to change from FWD to AWD. The 9th Generation 2025 Camry Hybrid AWD cannot be turned on or off by the user/owner/driver. It will drive in FWD until the demand is needed for it to become AWD which is controlled by the Camry's computer. You have zero ability and no control for continuous AWD in your 2025 Camry Hybrid AWD. Therefore, it is not truly an AWD Camry.
