Can you please give me your routine with it, like what do you use after it, any serums or stuff like that, or do you just use the foaming face cleanser and a moisturizer afterwords with sunscreen in the morning?
@@Murfeynews I just use it once a day because I have dry skin and it can be drying but the bottle says you can use it AM and PM. Whether I use it morning or night I just follow up a gentle moisturizer (I use vanicream). I believe you can incorporate hyaluronic acid with benzyl peroxide if you want. I just keep it simple tho.
Sorry do you know what percentage of salicylic acid is in that cleanser? Because I'm in a different country and my search engine is all fucked and it's super weird and hard for me to Google things lol but I've wanted to know that and try it for a while
hi hyram, just wanted to say thank you for all the hard work you do to inform us on everything skincare. you literally helped me create a skincare routine that works for me way back during quarantine and ive been following for a while now. hope you have a great remaining 2023 and a better 2024!
You are so welcome! I’m so glad you’ve been able to build a skincare routine your skin likes! 🤩 thank you, I can’t wait for a new year! I hope you have a great rest of 2023 as well! 💙
Here in Japan, oil cleansers are about $2 per bottle. It's crazy for me to spend more than that for a cleanser. I hope the rest of the world eventually gets access to cheap and safe functional cosmetics.
Hello! I’m an old lady that found your channel and absolutely loves it Thank you for all the work you put into your reviews. I love the honesty. You’ve already saved me lots of money on products that you’ve reviewed and didn’t like. PS I love that shirt on you the color makes your eyes pop!! 👀 thanks again. Stay well vickie
Cleanse your face with cold water - it works wonders for your skin, giving it a natural glow. Splash cold water on your face right away in the morning, and when you come back from work, and before sleep at night. Don't use hot water as it can cause your face appear dull. Always use a soft, mild face wash like Littlleextra Ricebberry Face Wash, enriched with black rice water, which is ten times more helpful than regular white rice water. It maintains your skin hydrated, eliminates excess oil and dirt, prevents pimples, and leaves your face glowing after just one morning wash.
I started my inkey list journey more than 2 years ago watching Hyram, there was no turning back. Salicylic acid cleanser is my go to. I can see changes in my skin immediately if I skipped it for a day or 2. Tried using Byoma jelly cleanser and it dries out my skin a lot. Thanks Hyram
For everyone with extremely sensitive dry skin, the ordinary glycolipid cream cleanser restored my moisture barrier and cleared my skin. The texture is super weird though and it will take time getting used to
I'm obsessed with the YTTP cleanser, but I agree that the price increase made me step away from it. I totally understand that inflation causes price increases (in order to maintain the integrity of the product/formula), but without wage increases as well, those few dollars here and there add up, so it's a pass for me rn.
@Hyram totally! It's a fantastic cleanser, just the slowly creeping prices of everything is defs making me prioritize treatments/moisturizers over cleansers 😊
I’m looking to buy a good cleanser for really oily skin, does it help with the oily look to your skin throughout the day? Talking about that annoying SHINE 😂
I just started using the natrium cleanser and got it for the simplicity AND because they had a trial size for $5 so i didnt have to shell out a bunch to try something new and LOVE IT! I love that you can also use it as a mask and has really helped my sensitive acne prone skin!
i can't just use any dry skin cleanser bc i'm acne prone and sensitive but his cleanser is actually very good. I use his and the vani cream gentle cleanser :)
I wish you had been around when I was a teen! I skipped moisturizer for YEARS and used products to over-dry my acne. Didn’t get my cystic acne under control until I used Accutane as an adult but since then my skin looks amazing. Thanks for making skin care accessible.
I loved your gel cleanser BUT I felt a little tightness on my skin if I remember. Plus the cap of the product packaging broke, I don’t know if anyone experienced this too but that turned me off. I’m a licensed esty and I’m very picky with my skincare. I LOVE pumps rather than squeezing the product out. Just wanted to give my opinion❤️ love you always hyram. You basically got me into skincare in 2019-2020 and it inspired me to get my license. Shoutout😇
Same for me with the cap. It’s given me pause to repurchase because I end up losing a lot of product. Otherwise, I like how it works, the herbal scent (maybe that’s the tea?) and that I can recycle the tube.
I've been using the CeraVe foaming cleanser as a second cleanse for a while and it's my fave. My combination skin LOVES it and it doesn't dry out my cheeks OR leave my forehead too oily.
Yay! I'm switching out my cleanser after using CeraVe for 4 years! (since you recommended it lol) I just bought the Youth to the People cleanser since I wanted to upgrade my skincare routine & I LOVE IT! I'm sooooo happy you recommended it too!
Thank you for this series!! Can you please do a best of body skincare video? Like best lotions, oils, scrubs, acne sprays, etc.? I’m so confused on body skincare
The Paula’s Choice Body Acne Spray with 2% BHA is fantastic. So far, the best I’ve ever tried. Scrubs I like are the Peach & Lily KP & Bump scrub and the FAB KP AHA scrub. They’re both super similar just Peach and Lily has a little more of an elegant texture, but it can be harder to squeeze out of the tube. Once it’s on your skin it does a good job of clinging to the skin as well. I repurchased the FAB one however solely due to the fact that it is just a little bit more scrubby with the physical exfoliants and I wanted that for my rough skin.
Bless you for your timing of this. I've been holding out buying my next cleanser pending this video and I was getting LOW lol. Clicked the links and I'm looking forward to trying out your cleanser tonight!
Just purchased the Selfless by Hyram cleanser - placed a target order using your link. Happy to support such an amazing human. ❤ I can’t wait to try it out!
I'm in loooooove with the youth to the people cleanser, I've been using it since you mention it in your firsts videos, thank you so so much!!! we all appreciate your time
Thank you Hyram. I bought 5 products you’ve talked about. One of them was $42 so I hope the serum is worth it! But I will update it I see any changes. I just want to say thank you for being there & helping others who are also struggling. They don’t talk about this in school or even in my own family I was taught to pop pimples. Realize now to not do that lol. Huge thank you! Also I used the first aid niacinamide serum last night. I woke up & woah my face looks better lol. Also here are the products I use: Hydrating facial cleanser (CeraVe) First aid beauty facial Radiance Niaciniamide dark spot serum Byoma hydrate & balance ( currently looking for a good sunscreen. I do use sunscreen but it has a white paste. I did see your sunscreen video so hopefully I can buy that soon) I hope this is a good skincare routine. But I love the Byoma moisturizer & I love the serum from first aid beauty. It was $42 but woke up & my skin looked better
I highly value your opinion and am very grateful for the efforts you make and the valuable information you present to us. Being from Bulgaria, a small country in Europe, I found the videos with more products useful as I can find here at least one of them for my skin. But I know that I am not the target group, and I also find useful information in the other videos, but if you can mention another product without going into any details about it, that would be great.💖
HYRAM, I absolutely loved ur green tea cleanser but I would recommend looking into the packaging and maybe making a stronger lid, mine broke off within like a week of using!!
I started using the Krave Beauty Matcha Hemp Hydrating Cleanser after this video initially came out. It definitely has been great for adding the moisture back into my skin, and helps with my texture too! I do feel like after using for months sometimes I just need a little more of a deep clean. Recommend ❤
Thank you for doing these videos for us! 🙏🏼 I’ve been using the YTTP cleanser for a couple years now and it’s always a staple for me. Very sad that they increased the price, but they’re also pretty good about having deals/bundles on their website! Also could you do one of these videos for best products that targets acne/fine lines?
loved the video!! :D i’m curious if you would ever make a video talking about hormonal acne! i’m currently experiencing hormonal breakouts on my chin and i just feel so lost, i’m curious to hear your thoughts!
Why can't I find your products at Target? I thoroughly looked for several minutes, and it definitely wasn't there. I live in Pittsburgh, and the Target was a full-sized store.
Hyram the selfless skincare is not available in the UK and sold out 😢😢😢 it comes up on Amazon but it’s a lot less in price idk to trust it ? Please restock in UK and let us know if Amazon is legit
i've been watching your videos fr so long and every year i live for these best of videos! i also wanted to say the matcha hemp hydrating cleanser from krave beauty is also really good for oily skin! i use it most days, especially during winter because it cleans my face really well without stripping it!
I gave in and bought the Youth to the People cleanser, and it’s AMAZING! I have acne and dry skin, I use it with the tea tree leaf iunik serum and the cosrx moisturizer with birch and my skin is glassy with minimal breakouts other than hormonal. In love!!!
I love the YTTP cleanser as well! I purchased that along with the Rovectin clean lotus water cream & used both of them the same day. My skin started to burn! I thought it was the YTTP cleanser so I didn’t use it. Continued using the lotus water cream & that was a mistake it felt like I had a sunburn. I really wanted to like it too. Glad it wasn’t that cleanser though because of the price point haha & I’ve been loving it!
I was breaking out so badly that I bought differin gel but I found the Cerave acne cleanser in my grandmas bathroom after she passed so I kept it to use it and IT WORKS. Panoxyl gave me 2 months of the worst acne of my life and Cerave acne cleanser fixed it. I do differin every 3 days and I use the sand which method. I use the acne cleanser only at night on the days I DON’T use differin. Slowly building to daily
I love the YTTP cleanser for the experience AND the minimal plastic and waste involved in production. Would love you to do a series on eco friendly or plastic free-ish ski care!
Ive just started recently and I just realzed my old cleanser was actually ruining my face now that I realize cleansers arent supposed to peel your skin its a dumb mistake but it wont happen again now you've inspired me to buy something from this video
I work in a manufacturing plant, have dry skin, live where it's hot/humid in the summer and cold/dry in the winter. I feel like I need a better cleanser. I've been using Cerave Hydrating Facial Cleanser (winter) & their Cream to Foam Cleanser (this past summer) since I first found you 2ish years ago & learned I was making my dry skin worse with all the overly stripping cleansers.
hi Hyram, I have combination to dry skin and I really tested out a lot of cleansers..I must say, I always get back to yours Centella and Green tea cleanser..it is fab
I absolutely love your Selfless by Hyram Centella and Green Tea Hydrating Gel Cleanser. Works for my skin. But please, please change the container. The plastic container cover breaks easily which leads to waste of product, and is a pain to travel with. Every single bottle has this problem.
Why did selfless by hyram stop selling online from the EU store? I am from the Netherlands and bought it once last month but now you aren't planning to restock. What happened?
Hyram, help!! I have been using Naturium for 3-4 months now, my face usually is oily on the t-zone, but each time, after i cleanse my face, the skin around my nose is really really dry, should i stop using it? Or maybe just use naturium for nighttime and other mild cleanser for daytime?
Want to try the Krave Matcha Hemp Cleanser but you're still going to have to pry the Good Molecules Rosewater Daily Cleansing Gel out of my cold, dead hands. Downright cheap and absolutely perfect. As much as I wanted to love the Selfless cleanser, it was a bit too drying for me. 😢
Random question but, can you be oily AND dehydrated? I’ve heard you can be dry and dehydrated because one is due to a lack of oil and one a lack of water, but can that still apply when there’s an overproduction of oil?
Heyyyyy Hyram! One thing you should know right now! .... I love you sooooo sooooo sooo much! Single most favourite person when it comes to skincare 😬 and one of my most favourites people on earth(bc of your ethics and nature). Hehe, your turn!
If you have complex skin, (also known as combination, and leans on the drier side w acne) be careful with the naturium cleanser. It dried this girlie out. I got patches of red flaky skin and had to quit using it. Idek why. I think it was the vitamin c tbh
Hyram! Love this series 😊 have you seen that Aveeno has reformulated 😭 (at least in europe) lots of eczema sufferers are complaining online... my husband used their body lotion for eczema and now it irritates his skin 😢... I would love it if you could recommend some alternatives 😀
I love non foaming cleansers… not because I think foam strips or I’m against surfactants I just like the feel of a cleaning milk… I guess it’s the smoothness lol
I live in Greece and here we have an amazing brand called apivita I have never seen someone from outside of greece review their products can you please review many of themm
Hyram I love your videos a lot but i do have a few questions, morning I use bubble cleanser and their spot treatment, the ordinary niacinamide serum and a moisturizer and sunscreen. At night I use the same cleanser and I use the solar system stick serum from the ordinary and bubble moisturizer. I still sometimes do with breakouts mainly on my chin and on top of my lip area do you have any tips?? I wouldn't really call it acne i would just say a few zits on my face HELP!
