Interesting fact: Dustin dosent usually bring in the rest of the touring band (Adam, Brock and Ron) to do the productions, he brings in new talent every album. I am almost 99% certain the only member of STARSET to be at the recording was Dustin himself, since he regularly brings other artists in to do recording work and it 100% sounds like Breaking Benjamin style instrumentals.

Saw Starset live last month on the last show of their tour. We had VIP and got to ask Dustin questions, and he said this collab was a long time coming. Ben's kid is a HUGE fan of Starset, and often times when they tour they bringing Dustin out to sing Breath with them. They synergize so freaking well together. If you want some Starset screams, Telekinetic is a good one ;)

Btw you should look into Downplays songs they have REALLY good ones. Digging it Out, Hating you From Hello, We'll be Kings, Charlie and the entirety of the "A Day without Gravity", "Rise, Fall and Repeat" and "Radiocalypse" records are fire. (Radiocalypse is a weird one btw, for some reason you can't find it on their own channel, there are some playlists which have the entire album if you search for it tho). Yes, Downplay was Dustin Bates' first band and this dude is just so talented and smart, it's insane! 😊 And the fact that STARSET have a whole, overarching deep lore/background story behind every album, I recommend you to check it out! They also have a Marvel novel and book which is called "The Prox Transmissions"!

If you haven't figured it out yet at the bottom left side of the video has the lyrics to the song. Also when Dustin is singing the symbol is of starset and when Ben sings it's the breaking Benjamin symbol. Later it smashes together because they are both singing together. It doesn't matter r how you listen to starset,but to truly appreciate their progress and videos start with the album : Transmission Vessel Division Horizon. Everything is great in starset and the shows are even better.

Starset has paved their own lane with the perfect dystopian, futuristic, melodic rock sound. It's incredible. Accounting for that and how similar Ben and Dustin sound vocally, is crazy how much this song hits! The lyrics may be a tad repetitive.. but even accounting for that the song is incredible.

After listening to it a few times I think that last scream sounded more like Dustin then Ben, but still great song, hope they Collab more

Probably one of my most favorite songs of starset Also i have some recommendations for you You should listen the album vessels, especially to monster, satellite and ricochet (most songs from vessels give of kind of the same vibe as waiting on the sky to change) Infected and icarus from horizons are really good Carnivore, my demons and it has begun from transmissions are also good

A fantastic breaking Benjamin song however the lyrics don’t exactly fit it doesn’t tell much of a story it’s more of a backdrop to the music which don’t get me wrong is phenomenal but it kinda leaves a slight bitter taste
