Interesting! Thanks for sharing ;)When I hear Thailand many alarm bells go off though. As a foreigner we can't own property there. I have seen to many stories online about men who lost their property to their ex wives or ex girfriends. One thing which is important is language. E.g. if you speak spanish that won't bring you far in Romenia or Serbia etc.
I Have worked in Thailand for years and you are absolutely right to listen to alarm bells but it's absolutely untrue saying you can't own property there
@@kippsguitar6539 Ok then you know more than me. I just looked youtube videos about men going there and they all seemed to put the property into the name of their girlfriend (and losing it when they broke up). But thanks for sharing the info!
Real estate aside, Polish woman are gorgeous and down-to-earth, so Poland should have scored higher based on women alone. I can't disagree with Philippines being in your #1 slot. My doctor is from the Philippines and she is an absolute doll. Great subject to address on your 300th video - Congratulations Giorgio!
I'm over 6 foot and have a good income, assets, job with 'societal status' and even I can't find a potential wife who would like to have kids, only hookups. For some of my friends it's even worse, they don't even have those. Central Europe is finished, destroyed by its women.
@@saveandinvestwithgiorgiolo8375 this is the same thing Australians say, Americans, Canadians, and now Europeans? Is that why they end up in developing nations searching for traditional women (e.g. women who don't have access to wealth as the men)? :(
manover what I am hearing from a lot of men in particular young men is the frustration of not being able to start a family unless they are very well off, good looking and tall. Common complaints I hear are that many women in the west are not looking at marriage as an equal loving partnership but rather as a retirement plan. I also get a lot of complaints about dating where if you are lucky enough to get a date you are always expected to pay. Other complaints I get are that women in the west only want equality when it suits and that you can be the best man possible but woman will still divorce you as they know the courts will almost always rule in their favor when it comes to custody of children and alimony. There are many more complaints but it would be too long to write hear.
Giorgio, very interesting video. Thanks for sharing. Question: If Vietnam was viable for land ownership, where would it rate on your list? I live here with my wife, and the situation is more complex than you suggested, in that it is possible to own freehold land, but leasehold applies in certain cases as well. As a foreigner married to a Vietnamese wife, we could certainly buy freehold land in her name. (And the Saigon RE market is bonkers with holders making multiple Xs on holdings - my wife has made 5.4x on her land investment over the last 8 years, for example). Anyway, thanks for the video. I like this direction for your channel.😊
Hello Giorgio. You said Moldova didn't make your list because of the war. But the war is with Ukraine, namely eastern Ukraine. May I ask why you included Romania in your top 10 but not Moldova? Many thanks indeed.
In a word Transnistria. Transnastria is part of Moldova but it is ethnically Russian and actually has its own currency/currency/parliament etc. Moldova is also not part of NATO so there is some danger that Russia could invade in the future.
@@saveandinvestwithgiorgiolo8375 A polish guy here. You pronounced Łódź very well. The international writing is Lodz. The name means “a boat”. A couple years age it was the second largest city in Poland, now is 3’rd though. Cracow overtook it.
