Such a great trick with the tofu and plant-based milk. Although I'm not vegan, I find this super useful for my lactose-intolerance! I'll definitely try this recipe and use your trick for my future meals 😋
I made this and it guud!! I would def make it again, Thanks for the recipe 🍝Im so happy youre making plant based recipes now! Changes I made: I used unsweetened soy milk. I omitted the oil , I used 1/2 tbs of gochugaru, and i didnt have vegetarian oyster sauce so I used 2 tbs of soy sauce with brown sugar. it worked well! I was skeptical about using paprika cause i think it smells weird in general but it really made the dish ❤
WHAT? You're plant based now?? Omg perfect. I knew your channel before but I haven't subscribed, because most recipes weren't suitable for me as a vegan. Now I immediately subscribed 😍
Ever since I made this dish the first time, I've been craving it since. I happened to have all the ingredients, so I made it again today and it was even better than the first time I made this! This is an amazing recipe⭐ you did a great job! Thank you for sharing this💛💛💛
Mm!! Looks great, I will be trying this because there is nothing that sounds better at this very moment than creamy kimchi goodness with noodles! Thanks for the recipe! You look so happy while making this recipe and especially when tasting it. I'm glad you are willing to share your secret ingredients for thick creamy sauce.
This looks delicious! I was so excited to see that you went vegan! I would love to see more recipes that are more protein rich (20% of calories). I've tried bulgogi made with tvp or vegan beef and it's sooo good and easy! Totally our go-to recipe for a quick dinner. I would love to see your take on it or other ways of veganizing traditional korean recipes 🤩
Was in a rush yesterday, so i made some adjustments and threw it in the Instant Pot. This is so delicious i'll definitely make it again - and i'll do it properly on the stovetop next time. Everyone had a second helping.
This recipe looks delicious! I'm going to have to try Not Milk to thicken the sauce since I'm lactose intolerant. Hopefully, the flavor will be just as yummy!
I really can't wait to try the technique of tofu and plant milk! Unfortunately I can't eat this much carbs/pasta haha, so I might have to bulk up the recipe with the mushrooms and red bell peppers, but yummmmm it looks so good.
I always add blended tofu with my pasta sauce or soup to make it creamy and added protein (cheaper alternative to soaked cashew too)! So glad to see someone else populate it too!
I made this and it was so tasty but a little one note. I used one cup of half and half instead of the tofu/vegan milk mixture. Will try adding the gochugaru next time! Thanks for another great recipe 😋
I made this tonight with udon. It was delicious. The oat milk and tofu cook well as a cream. I’ve tried almond milk in someone else’s recipe and it tasted too much like almond milk pasta. I’m excited to make this for friends. Thank you for the recipe.
I could eat everything that is on your blog forever as the only thing I eat, you have really introduced me to toasted sesame seeds and sesame oil as seasoning for *everything*, thank you Seonkyong! 😇🙌
Wow you’re husband lost a lot of weight he looks great! And so did you too , u guys both look so good! I just became vegan as well and taking on the healthy journey! Thanks for this recipe stay safe stay beautiful !
I'm here looking for a new recipe for my Shirataki Noodle creation and this looks interesting. Might try to cook this after I bought a new batch of freshly made Kimchi. Mine just run out yesterday.
This recipe looks really delish! Can we use almond milk instead of Not Milk? Or for added indulgence, heavy cream as an alternative to the tofu + not milk?
This looks really good! Does the sauce taste like tofu? Can you use soft tofu instead of firm? I want to eat more tofu but don't really like the taste. Especially if firm tofu has a strong taste, whilst soft tofu is milder and tastes better to me. Thank you for the recipe!
I would love to see a vlog of your grocery shopping experience in Maui. I’ve never traveled but wonder if it is any different than US. Btw your lemongrass turkey recipe came out so great for me this yr. It was my 2nd time ever making turkey & I decided to try asian flavors this yr since my family don’t like the dryness in turkey. It was moist and delicious. :) thank you 😊
If you don’t mind sharing what type of stainless steel cookware are you using? I’m in the market to buy a set so I’m doing some research. Thanks for sharing
I NEED to make this! There’s a place my family and I order kimchi pasta from, but recently they have been inconsistent. Some days it’s really salty and some days it’s bland.
