I bought these off Sam's beauty and loved the look. I made the mistake of playing a lot with the hair the first day trying to experiment with different styles. This hair frizzes up fast. I kept it in for two weeks. It still looks good after it frizzes up and the shine decreases which some of you may prefer. I plan on buying again because its one of the few less bulky styles I've found crochetwise. Comes in some unique colors also such as 1b 350 and 1b 425. I did cut the hair as an experiment and it does not unravel.
To make the hair bomb you need to boil some water and add fabric softener. And add the hair to the hot water. Be sure to turn off the fire before dipping the hair. Trust me I do this to my synthetic wigs and it works wonders

I'm sporting this now and I LOVE LOVE LOVE them. Thank you for this video. I've been doing the short curly crochet braid styles for a few years now. They go in fast and stay on the one-knot technique. My husband loves them as well. Now to see how long it lasts. For optimal fullness I used 9 packs. Sounds like a lot but there's no heavy weight to this braid.
@@ShopaholicCammy I kept it in aboutn3 weeks. It did frizz but not terribly. It can be maintained with occasional cutting out the frizzy. But honestly, it looks best when fresh. I would not recommend more than 2 weeks. By the way I used 9 packs and for me, that was sort of heavy.
@@valgal0908 I only bought these because they are so small . I hate the way crochet looks bulky. Im good with 2 weeks. I have the 9 packs but im gonna hide one so my stylist will try to work with eight.
Looks very pretty. Also looks light, seem like a light summer style. I like you braiding my hair down is my time but I have no complaints. I live crochet.
I followed this routine to do my first ever crochet style. Used the same hair and everything and I love it! Definitely a little busted cause it's my first time but will definitely follow this routine again :)
@@keedravirgil1949 Yes it does but not too terrible. I clip off the tangled areas and spray some wig oil on it, but that's usually around the last week or so of me wearing it.

OMG!!! YOUR Finished look is so beautiful.... however, I bought the same exact hair & brand and though my hair did look good the first 2 days, but it turned out to be the worst-hair-ever😒 .... the constant hair strands separating from the twist and the frizz that I spent so much time cutting out just to maintain the hair style..... I hated it, only kept it up for 8 days... I hope you had a better experience with that hair than I did:)

I'm going to try it but I will be unraveling and retwisting just because I don't do crochet. I can never get good cornrows my hair is very baby fine and curly 🤦🏾♀️ just didn't know what I wanted to use. I saw someone use the bohemian twist and it looked cute. I also did passion twist when it first came out individually with waterwave I personally did not l like it but I was also just learning. So we shall see because I love the curls this gives!! Have you tried the braid gel?? I will not use anything else because I haven't found anything better! Lol

Wanna do this hair style for a vacation next month and was wondering from the back how does it look? And would boxes (like box braids) in the front and back of the head and cornrows in the middle be good for this style too?
