Looks dope, might check it out! Also, tip on the slappy back 50-50- it looks like you're shifting your weight too much to your front font which causes the back to come around. The weight needs to be more on your back foot for the back of the board and truck to be planted and lock in and it's pivoting around because of the steep angle you're coming at it with, which gives you sideways momentum. The same would likely happen for example if you had such a forward-footed weight transfer trying a 50-50 on a quarterpipe. That's how I approach my slappys. Hope this helps.
its so wild to me most people i know claim backside slappy are easier or can only BS slappy. FS is super easy. backside is a battle every time. glad youre on my side here.

All it takes is a curb, a rub brick and some laquer. If I can set up a slappy curb here in Maine, where concrete is buried by snow for 4 months of the year and the smooth ground is a luxury, there's gotta be good curbs in Oz! Hit up parking garages, underused parking lots, and closed down businesses.
Yeah I love this shape. Idk if I can go back to having a nose/tail either, it’s like I’ve been liberated. I was predominantly on 8.5 popsicles before this shape. I have no desire to ride any wider of a board than this one, I wouldn’t want to lose any flip tricks and it I can’t see any benefits of sizing up any further
