Please try to consider reacting to Vinland Saga. It one of the best anime I've watched and it is also made by Wit Studio that made AOT. Season 2 is coming next year January and like AOT the season 2 will be animated by MAPPA.
The funny thing is, Anya reading Bazooka Bill's mind wouldn't have helped her at all if Bazooka wasn't a real pro. Most people just aim in your general direction and, even if someone thinks about aiming for your legs, chances are they'll miss and throw it higher than that. So reading his mind only helped because the ball was going exactly where he thought about throwing it but against the other normal students, Anya's power would have been useless.
I think Anya had good strength in her throw, it's just that she didn't know how to aim/release it, which is why it went straight for the floor and bounced up like that. It seemed like all Yor trained her to do was how to throw the ball hard. I don't remember her teaching Anya how to aim the throws.
I'm quite confident that none of the children was ever in serious danger of being injured and that it was just so over the top because this is how the children view it, just like how Damien and his buddies saw themselves climbing a mountain, when it really was on the playground. After all Handerson stayed completely unfazed and didn't step in. I can't imagine him letting any of his students get into actual danger of injury.
I mean its literally Loids mission and he is the best spy in the world, he'd be a pretty bad spy if he couldn't even notice his kid who is the main cog in his most important mission.
Anya seeks Loid's constant approval due to her abandonment issues. He's her fifth parent (as far as we know) and she's desperate not to lose this perfect family unit.
@@fabulousmyriad267 Every kid wants his parents approval. That wasn’t the aim of my post. Loid is a present father in his daughter’s life. He cares to be there and cares about her feelings and well being. Donovan is completely absent from his son’s life.
The reason Beast Titan and Yor throw alike is because they are throwing a ball correctly for maximum velocity and accuracy. They do this in most throwing related sports like baseball, which Zeke loves. I love that the animation studio takes the time to correctly draw out the poses and technique.
I love how the showrunners did not even try with Bill and gave him a deep manly voice XD Also Damian learning the most important lesson: Protect your girl, no matter the cost!
Lol. Yeah. And as much as people find Bill over the top, i feel like we’ve all seen that one kid who looked way older than he/she should be than the rest of the kids who they’re suppose to be around the same age as. But of course, that’s more in middle school or high school. Not elementary school. Lol.
If you look back, Loid immediately is skeptical about the "Stella for MVP" in the first place. I think he rightly knew that it was silly. This episode was my favorite as well. So funny, and plays on so many action anime tropes. I was dying laughing.
The kids play like they're in a literal war zone, while some adults of West and East doing war like it's a kid's play Also, 18:22 Ange, Yor probably wouldn't call u ugly, but there's a chance she'd kill u accidentally 😂
@@aswd90 he did. I mean when he said that Yor might be his top waifu, compared to Daki who would called him ugly all the time. I was saying Yor wouldn't do that but she'd probably accidentally assassinate Ange 😂
6:10 14:30 The way Ange is trying but can't hide his excitement whenever Yor is being epic is so funny 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I knew she would be the ultimate waifu!!
Twiyor is the ship name of Yor and Loid. The animators had so much fun with this episode 🤣. So many reference from other animes like naruto and dragon ball z
"carlie he's got breasts" well..technically all men and women do....the gene for having a chest has to pass onto the offspring XD This episode, you see things are exaggerated accordingly to the children's perspective including the mountain climbing and the size of Bill who is actually probably two to 4 heads taller than the other kids due to his genes from his family. A kid in middle school being close to 6 feet is not uncommon, there was a kid like that in my class in 6th grade. There was also a 2nd kid who was slightly shorter than the former guy I mentioned.
I cannot agree more with you Ange, Yor is the ultimate wife cadidate, she is separate tier like two tiers above any other character. Loid is a lucky guy. And Yor training with Anya was so wholesome and hilarious at the same time. She really steps into mother shoes. And I'm glad that i share one trait with Loid , I also can cut onion without crying. Now people in comments: admit who of you didn't had a thought that Carlie would look gorgeus in Yor's hairstyle.
you should watch bocchi the rock, another wholesome/comedy anime with the MC is a lead guitarist who wants to form a band but has a severe case of social anxiety... its really good so far honestly:)
Does anyone have the same vibe in attack on titan season 3 when BT throws rocks to kill an army and in this episode when a big person hits kids with a ball?
And Emil's face block (Ganmen Block) is a reference to the football manga Captain Tsubasa (The father of Blue Lock, Ao Ashi and eery others). In the manga, defender Ryo Ishizaki (who is not very skilled) as the habit of saving incredible power shots (The special moves of rivals) at critical times by throwing himself on the trajectory, sacrificing himself, always received it in a headshot. They nickname the move the Face Block.
Ange, at Anya: "That's the thumbnail right there" 35yo kid Bazooka Bill to Ange: "I am the thumbnail" Ange: "Okay, you are the thumbnail. Please don't hit me"

.. i love you guys lol, yes this is exactly the kind of symbolism analysis i am here for q; (but also i actually think you might be onto something with the onion thing lol)
I hope y'all will keep some wholesome shows going while you're watching the other more serious ones. I'd love to watch you two react to My Dress Up Darling
