@@GarrettComics It won't change your life, but it's a good solid 30 minute experience. It's also great for introducing friends to VR. If you're on the hunt for suggestions, I've played and would also recommend from Ben's list: EscapeVR: Trapped Above the Clouds, EscapeVR: The Basement, Virtual Escape: The Play Room, and Inescapable VR: Underground.
Hey, Ben. Great video. :) Thanks for including Inescapable in your list! Much appreciated! Looking forward now to your Let's Play of Vengeful Rites. ^^
Hmmm that blind game looks interesting. kinda lets you feel what it be like if you were daredevil (mavel comics) as this is how he see's (more or less since sound is always active in a bustling city).
I played tales of escale a while ago with one friend in vr and one on desktop. It was truly an experience, though i don’t know If I want to buy more rooms, as I feel like it would probably be pretty repetitive.
Yeah, I'll try to remember that 😀. Lot's of Rift owners have told me that even if a game page only says Vive, that the Rift will still work. I can't confirm that myself (since I don't own a Rift), but maybe try on one of the free games to see if it works?
Ben Plays VR but i want to play games that are probably not required for the quest like vrchat and i want a pc to so im thinking to get a oculus from ebay
Length = value is an absolute retarded concept that offends developers, please don't push it even more on an already toxic community. Certain games can be very short but be more expensive due to a ton of factors, "difficulty of design" being one. Said that, good video.
