Quite a nice recipe there. Yeah it can take time to figure out what the best time is & what temperature. I had similar experiences with bacon & fries. I've figured it out with bacon, but still struggling with fries. I like to put oil on the fries to get a deep-fried effect - it helps. It seems like I would actually have to deep fry the fries to get what I'm looking for.
I've watched a lot of her videos. I tell you this woman is as tough as they get. She flips and pulls hot food out using her bare hands. Totally trying this.
I totally agree everyone in the southern area of Alabama does their food the same way with a bare hands I guess it's something that our parents and our grandparents t taught us

Made this recipe and holy crap girl, it was delicious. The salsa is bomb. We really like that everything had heat but didn't keep building where you can't taste anything. Keep up the good work.

i do the same thing but make them to quesadillas cause its less of a process than making and air frying taquitos. I lightly brush the quesadillas with oil to get them crispier while its in the pan cooking. its a simple recipe and very delicious with homemade salsa and lettuce!
