Hi Cookd team. I've been trying for the longest time to nail a full tandoori chicken recipe in my grill+convection oven. But i can't quite figure out the best marinade and the marination timing. I don't know if you missed curry leaves and pudina in the salna on purpose. But it makes a huge difference in the taste of the salna, bringing out the flavor of the curry. Also, adding split gram (pottu kadalai) along with cashews would add subtlety to the richness of the cashews balancing the overall consistency. Been a huge fan of your content.

Bro namma moru morunu ghee or egg dosa... With namma oor style(Erode style) groundnut chutney... Podunga bro... Groundnut chutney with any combo like rice, idly or chapathi is fine by me.... Because your shorts had very small information about groundnut chutney... Many of them don't know it's devine feeling...
