The active hamstring stretch has absolutely saved me!! I can’t get on or off the floor so I do it in bed before I even get out of bed in the morning Until this video I was taking strong muscle relaxants daily and strong muscle rubs and still suffered inflamed nerve spasms that would literally drop me almost to my knees. Thank you!!
Thank you for an excellent demo. Could you please suggest physio and other none-invasive approaches for compression of traversing S1 nerve roots, severe stenosis and near complete CSF effacement causing pain and numbness in legs and feet?
Thanks for the exercises. I am giving them a go, and find that the nerve glide really seems to be doing something! I am getting some pain in one knee when I do the active thoracic rotation, so I'm taking that one carefully. How long should it take to see an improvement?
I try answer you from skrip comment in Thai massage at least exercise who's did dr. Grant Cooper that exercise can do with 90° it will more work to the back Pain.. And I learn from your explanation doc.. Thankyou for your explanation.
I would exhale when you go up. With that said, the most important thing is to keep breathing throughout this or any exercise. With this one, I would exhale on the way up and then if you hold it at the top, keep breathing through the hold and on the way down. Thanks for your question!
