Sirji...aapne bola ki 30% of salary se zyada EMI nhi honi chahiye, but aap or many finfluencer ek point hamesha miss karte ho...that is time period...that what should be ideal emi timelines...for example u can mention for home loan try not to have more than 30% emi for 15 year period...similarly car laon 20% EMI for 4 or 5 years...otherwise log 20% k under aane k liye CAR EMI ko 7-8 years ka kar denge aur home loan ko 25-30 saal...this is how mathematics plays

Biggest lesson i learnt in 2023 in the stock market is that nobody knows what is going to happen next, so practice some humility and low a strategy with a long term edge.
Nobody knows anything; You need to create your own process, manage risk, and stick to the plan, through thick or thin, While also continuously learning from mistakes and improving.

People need to save & invest atleast 60 to 70% of salary because there is no guarantee of job security unless you are government employee. No to home, cars, no to debt , no to any big expenses, first priority should be achive financial freedom. After that plan rest of the goals like buying home, etc.
