Namaste Khadar Sir and Sarala mam, My baby is 9 months old.. I am giving him millet porridge or ganji by soaking it for 2 hours.. Not the flour but whole millet.. Whether it will have any side effects because I soaked only for 2 hours?? Also, do we need to take off the soaked water for ganji or same water can be used to boil ganji?

Namasthe Thank you for providing valuable information I have a question about soaking and cooking millets especially for babies Is it okay to soak millets for 12 hours And can we sprout millets both positive and neutral millets like ragi jowar and bajra after soaking them 12 hours and also leaving them to sprout for another 12 to 24 hours Will this process of soaking for 12 hours cause any bacterial formations and cause digestion issues to babies like diarrhea Thank you

Ma'am, part 2 plz... I had tried all sorts things in the 1st month including milk n meat... but once I switched to bajra, dill leaves, garlic n lots of water, my milk supply has been good and I have been recommended the same to every new mother. Thank you so so so much. Now my baby is 7 months n ppl told me I have to start solids, so I started off with little millets porridge n mashed veggies/fruits. Can you plz upload the next part and also on how to lose weight after a c-section. 🙏🙏

Typhoid is usually acute condition . If you have chronic typhoid infection you need to set right your gut microbes first by taking fermented porridge

Millets were used everywhere just 100 years ago It has slowly disappeared to an extent that current generation don’t even know these grains . For now you need to source them from where they are available . As the awareness spreads it will be available everywhere
