Kopitiam is another spot in Chinatown NYC that is non- Chinese and it's really great. Also, the Boil on the edge of Chinatown is New Orleans style seafood restaurant to check out as well

you guys should check out Prince Tea House, a local chain tea house. They have one in Bowery and another one in East Village. Wonder how fung bros enjoy afternoon tea!

Does tofu tofu always serve the black bean noodles I didn’t see it in there menu when I looked it up. But maybe I just am not seeing it and have to go there. Looks mad good thank you !!
I'm pretty sure they reviewed Howlin' Rays in LA Chinatown, which opened around 2016 or so. There is also a New Orleans style po boy sandwiches place, Little Jewel of New Orleans, and a burger place, Burger Lords, in LA Chinatown. Many old school restaurants are closing, since most people are going to the SGV for Chinese food. So, lots of open restaurant space.
