back when i was in the hospital regularly they would sometimes use that zipline football so I could work on my arms, chest, overall as some sort of safe easy physical therapy. And after you do it back and forth for like 2 minutes straight it'll leave a pretty good burn on your pecs. Not necessarily a sports gift more so a light workout gift 😂

hey man! I moved to New Zealand which has been really a deal breaker for me lately (they dont have Football here) and I been js trying to stay consistent by practicing everyday and hopefully makin it big one day. All I have is some tomato polls and a field and I practice as a qb everyday. Im getting a custom GST for christmas but do you got any tips for me? Love your vids man and keep goin! I have hand warmers and it helps a lot when I’m practicing when it’s cold out. Their really helpful for when it’s cold or windy

I'm in 8th grade and i come from a pretty good rec team for football. I've played literally every position, except for quarterback. My high school wants me to play quarterback for varsity (they went 2-7 and their quarterback threw more picks then touchdowns and had less then 50 percent of passes completed) i have pretty good throwing mechanics, thanks to you and 1st down training. What are some mental things i should study and or know before my freshman year?

Sports psychology & growing your confidence. I’d recommend bob rotella, but any sports psyology could be extremely helpful 🙏
