I like your app man it has worked really well but I do have a question my peak date is August 1st a Thursday but it only has me lifting Monday and Tuesday is that how you would do it?
Hey Dane, been doing SL squats on the belt squat machine recently. Find it feels way better for me vs barball. Do you see any issues with the Belt Squat vs the Barbell?
Not Dane, but in highly involved in speed training. I don't think it matters much only big difference I can think of is barbell squat loads from spine and belt from hips. You're still loading the muscle in a similar way. I wouldn't worry about it.
