@@bushra7039 Sorry to hear about your buns! They might have turned out hard due to overbaking. Also, ensure your yeast is active, as old yeast could lead to flat buns. Gluten-free dough is a bit tricky; just make sure the milk mixture is warm (not hot or cold) to properly activate the yeast, and give the dough sufficient rising time. Keep trying, each bake is a learning experience!
