The look on your face, (and mannerisms) whilst you were giving her the beans, speaks volumes on how much of an enthusiast you really are. Great review Sarah!
@@SarahnTuned Great review Sarah! I want one of these 2022 Cadillac CT4 V-Series, but they won't export one to Australia. I have a Chevy SS equivalent Holden Commodore SS-V Redline with an LS3 V8 and a manual Tremec TR-6060 gearbox, and it never gets old! This car would be a great substitute.
Nothing better than a performance engineered luxury sedan to make Sarah’s viewers giggle right along with her. Too much fun! Thanks Sarah. Awesome content
Well now I fell in love with that car! I hadn't been paying attention to Cadillac, until now. Rear wheels drive, MT! Twin turbo V6, with all the race tech, WOW the last gas version. Grab'em while we can
I'd still rather have the old V8 version with a big blower on it, like Geiger tuning did. Result: 669 wheel HP and torque in spades. And that lovely VB8 sound of course.
Great review Sarah! Today's Cadillacs are so under appreciated, wish they were selling more, instead of those crappy SUV's... Now you need to get your hands on the CT5V with the Blackwing V8, gossebumps guaranteed!
In terms of performance they're basically identical. Both cars go 0-60 in 3.4 seconds. Another thing to note is that these blackwings are currently sold out and they only made 250 this year of each model but more are on the way. Get these LEGENDARY/UNDERRATED cars while supplies last. 🤯
I love the fact that you deliver among the most informative reviews about cars while having such a blast doing it. Your reviews are far more interesting than the traditional car mags! Thank you for sharing your knowledge and passion for cars!
Wow, that Blackwing knows how to chirp in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd gear! Fun to see you having so much enjoyment in a big American sedan. I love the mechanical analysis, the excitement while shifting, and especially the backseat giggles!
The whole review was very great. I went back and watched your braking and acceleration parts several times, I don't think I ever have seen you so excited about a car. Your reactions were priceless, This is a great car, Sarah you made it a great review.
Always love your passion for all things gearhead! Goosebumps are hard to come by in modern vehicles, especially one that is traditionally a luxury vehicle. Love the review 🙂
Happy Tuesday evening Sarah!!! It's crazy how the bumper mounted GoPro caught the sound of that thing, it is very reminiscent of the sound of the V12 Lamborghini Countach in the opening scene of the 1st Cannonball Run movie. Those who know, know, and those that don't, I highly recommend, the sound of that car was frickin amazing, one of the most rewatched opening scenes of a movie in my opinion. Stay excellent!!!😎
yeah, GM will produce a ton more than that...already have produced a ton more than that. The 500 for 2022 was just for the 250 Collector series of each model. They built more than the 500 Collector Series...just part of the regular allocation system. Caddy believes they will build a similar amount as the Gen3 CTSV and/or ATSV models.
@@bluearcherx yeah, as part of the Cadillac V Club we have access to Cadillac leadership, we have discussed this with them a lot. It came up last week at the Rolex 24 in Daytona when we were meeting the Executive and Chief Cadillac Engineers. They stated they expect to build as many as they can/sell…similar to the last gen V.s. The 250 for each model is only the Collector Series. After that its the standard allocation process for regular builds. According to Cadillac V Net, which tracks builds, so far Cadillac has produced over 800 orders for 4/5V Blackwings for specific buyers, and over 400 dealer stock orders. That’s just a minimum number as the data can be delayed. These cars are super popular right now and Cadillac intends to sell a lot. Cadillac wouldn’t limit cars to 500 per year as there is not an economy of scale that way…and it’s too expensive to build a low run product line so expect they will sell tons by V Series standards
@@serickemetz pretty much every page owner will do that,. Understand the motive, it is not for you to necessarily agree, the motive is for you to subscribe/ watch. in other-words, ratings.
Another intelligent, detailed, superb review, Sarah. I absolutely love this Cadillac, but it can't beat your choice of outfits in this video. Great work !
Now you have to drive the CT5-V Blackwing - supercharged V8, 6 speed manual, similar suspension and braking goodies. Plus no-lift shifting 👍 The sad thing is, these are the last new gas powered Caddies; everything will be electric after these have ended production. Sure, the electrics will probably be even quicker, but I seriously doubt they can match the character of cars like these. And the noises! I'll miss the noises of exploding dinosaurs. Great review and looking forward to whatever next you drive!
Another great review! Your astute combination of cold hard facts with your personal reactions to the car make your reviews stand above almost all others. You have a unique approach which is extremely informative while also being very entertaining. I always trust your opinions about cars even though I don’t always agree with them. You do a fantastic job. Thank you!
I'm pushing 62 yrs old.. so this car makes me wish I were wealthy. THIS is a Creature Comfort Thrill toy I could Enjoy Thank You Sarah for this review ;-)
Wow! Sarah, I think this review may just have the first "five" you've ever given to a car. I also happen to agree with you. That engine is probably one of the best V-6s ever made. With regard to that engine, you're right; the exhaust manifolds are cast into the cylinder heads. Keep up the great work.
Transparent genuineness as we share together your revelations about the cars you go through is priceless. If I was closer to Arizona…I wish the exhaust of the Caddy had a deeper, Borla tone. It would be an aesthetically pleasing to the size and shape of the car. Great content.
After a rather interesting day it was nice to see a new video pop up. It was awesome to see how giddy you obviously were driving this, and damn it sounds beautiful! I love the detailing GM put in the running lights. Kinda cheesy yet made me smile seeing that detail 😁
Love your videos. Don't understand half of what you say but totally enjoy your attention to detail and depth of detail in your descriptions. I learn something with each video . . . . . . Even when I don't mean to.
You really got physical while going thru the gears. I loved it. Thankyou for the sparky bits at your finger tips. I'm not hard to please I guess. That Caddy is a beautiful piece of work.
I have been thinking of trading my 2016 M4 for a CT4 Blackwing after a BMW dealership asked me $10k plus over MSRP for a 2022 M4. Your review made me feel like I should go and test drive one. Great approach.
Hi there Sarah!! Kudos from really far away... I dont know why took so long for the youtube algorithm to present me your channel. Im watching from south Brazil, 'n getting up to date with the old ones. And by the way, i've got my own old subaru over here as well. Respect! See ya!!
The new Cadillac's have really nice body styles, and rear wheel drive or all wheel drive four cylinder engines in the CT-4's are a awesome rarity for a small sedan!
These reviews are spectacular. I loved the look on your face as you were shifting through the gears . But the best part of these is that my wife enjoys them as much as I do.
I absolutely love mine. Almost went with the 5BW, but if you can get past the absurd pleasure of the V8 growl, the 4BW is simply the more fun car to drive and throw around the Arizona mountain twisties...
Love the review. I wouldn't dismiss the automatic though. The manual is certainly awesome for sure. If you want a consistently fast 1/4 mile time or you want to track it...the 10 speed is amazing. Shifts like a PDK with pops and bangs and just runs and runs like a beast!
Love the reviews. Looking to replace 14 CTS Vsport (awesome) and manual blackwing is first choice, but in on waitlist for C8 as well. Guess u answered which is better. Money no object with would u take home?
Some switch flipped in your brain during that beans test. You were suddenly in the zone, like you were one with the beast! That's a surprisingly nifty car. If I were rich, I'd definitely consider it.
Awesome review as always. Since you altered the format to do a more thorough inspection of the underside of these vehicles, I’m getting a much better sense of the engineering that goes into these builds and also the strength of the components. I know you can’t pack everything into 16+ minutes… curious for a little more feedback on the handling and fun in the twist and turns. Thanks as always! 👍👍👍
Its basically the SAME exact car in terms of performance. BOTH cars go 0-60 in 3.4 seconds. The CT5 is definitely a little bigger of a car and sound a little better if your looking for that "v8 sound". Other than that they're pretty much IDENTICAL. In fact i've seen some CT4's take down CT5's. Just youtube it. 😏
