Its a good grinding spot for the start - the first Enemy even will drop some rare "bleeding weapon" at some point, little upward you will find a spot with beehives right next to a savespot - grind that one it will level up up faster then you can count... and the 4 zombies there also drop lots of rare upgrade materials as bonus.
