but does it have night vision ? and how many hours does it record before it starts deleting older files? one more thing..I hear the UX-7 is out with motion sensor on it,.but wow..its like $80
Thanks. The fact that the company didn't even bother to respond to you shows how bad not only the camera was, but the people who sold it to you as well!. Your review prevented me from purchasing it.
It is pretty great. One thing though, does anyone know how to remove the timestamp? I have to keep setting the time before I plug it into an outlet and I would just rather have no timestamp at all.
It records in 3 minute segments which are about 315-316 MB each. If it is 32GB, then you would get approximately 96 video clips at 3 minutes each. About 288 minutes or about 12 hours.
Sentel Tech question. how long before the initial 32 GB is used. and it erases. then records again? for example. if the film is deleted and new film starts. I won't have what I needed
how long can a recorded video be? If I plug it in and keep it plugged in for 2 hours, will the video be 2 hour long? Other sellers who sell similar USB spy cameras are saying that each video can only be 3 minute long.
okay I just bought 3 of them and I need to know do I need to first set it up before it'll work or can I just plug it in and Outlet in start recording please help
Based on all of the problems with this below from people who purchased it, and the fact that they've had so many problems over very simple things like the camera NOT even having a simple set of instructions, and it not recording like claimed, I'd stay far away from this. It basically seems like a piece of junk made in Asia and marketed by some company here, probably drop-shipped from who knows where, but certainly NOT manufactured by any sort of reliable US company which has a brick and mortar location which they're willing to print. Most all of this stuff is shoddy merchandise sold on Amazon and Ebay Alibaba, etc, for a few bucks, by guys looking to make a cheap buck. Nothing more.
Thanks... Have you tried this device with an Android phone? Meaning that if a friend with and Android were to plug their phone in using the standard male-to-male USB cable that comes with all Android phones, and they unplug the whole unit from the wall socket(leaving the their Android tethered to the unit) will not all the video files show up ready to display on the Android? Well, if you want to take a picture of something, doesn't it have to be in front of the camera, or do you want a floating orb to follow people around? It is a video camera. You just need to place it in an outlet that will give you the most area to shoot.
