When it comes to working your legs, having access to equipment or a gym can be helpful. Legs are a larger muscle group and require more resistance and load to build them and make them stronger. Sometimes the luxury of all the gym equipment is not available for you. That shouldn’t stop you from still working your legs. That is why I am going to give you a great at home leg workout for men over 40. Just some dumbbells and bodyweight, and you are going to have a great workout for your legs.
If you don’t have access to heavy weights and gym equipment, sometimes you need to get creative with your workouts. Whether it is adding more reps to each set, or doing super slow reps to have more time under tension. Even limiting the amount of rest between sets.
