About a month ago, I decided to start making my own pizza and bread dough. I have watched over 100 or so videos on trying to achieve the perfect dough for myself. I just can not seem to get it right! Hey to avoid all that excess four under your pizza, first use 50 flour and 50% semolina onto the bench when shaping the Crist, as the excess falls off, then use a pizza peel with lots of holes in it transfer the pizza onto the stone as the holes allow excess flour to fall off.
