Thank you for being patient with her English, which is improving day-by-day. Like a lot of "Tinglish" speakers in Thailand, Rose is often mixes up her R's and L's and often doesn't pronounce the ends of her words. She's working on her language, but for now it's kind-of cute!

Guys, this is an excellent video. Content, editing, presentation all 120% 😉 Rose seems to be gaining in confidence every day and you two have great chemistry. How you managed to pop over to Porthcawl to eat an ice cream I will never know. 🍧😁

Thanks for the great comments. make me confident In presenting the places that I have seen and want you to see The same thing happened to me 😊 I honestly Dave doesn't like popping up on my RU-vid channel. I had to ask him in the video chat. And hope you don't get bored of him 😅 I showed up at porthcawl How to eat ice cream?😁I'm sorry. My video was edited two weeks late. We have now traveled to the UK. @@TravelsWithRose Hi Rose, I try and spend a month a year I Thailand, as I'm looking to eventually retire there. The area I know best in around Hua Hin/Cha Am, but Bangkok is one of the most amazing cities in Asia. You are doing just fine with your channel. Think about the thumbnails and the video titles to maybe make them a bit more clickbaity if that makes sense. For example, your video could have been called "Amazing hotel you've never heard of" or "We never expected this in Hoi An" etc etc. Bangkok Pat has a good video out in what he's learned about RU-vid from his 5 years of vlogging ( it's all about the algorithm) which is well worth watching. Keep up the hard work - it will eventually pay off. My best best to you and Dave. 😊

I shall watch the video you recommended, thank you. I help Rose with the titles (and try to think about what people might search RU-vid for to use as the titles), but Rose does 99.9% of the thumbnails herself... Hence why the thumbnails are often quite, umm, "Avant Garde", shall we say! We belly-laughed about her removing the background from her sitting on a horse in Hua Hin and basically wanting to use that graphic everywhere, including wanting to put Rose in a horseback inside a hotel room and condo! 😂😂😂 (I don't try to stop her, it's great that she's discovering her creativity and I'm certainly not going to stand in her way!) -- Dave

wow, great hotel, the view from the balcony was spot on and little things like the sliding doors to the bathroom make it special, i am an early riser and would love to sit on the balcony with a cuppa (i bring my own tea bags from the UK) and a book.....perfect how was the local beer Dave? looked pretty good to me, certainly the food looked very good! and Rose......you are 100% 😊😊😊

Thank you very much 🙏😊 yes it's a great hotel The balcony is ideal for those who like to wake up early with a cup of tea or coffee. (That fits you well) I also like the sliding wooden doors😊 And for homegrown beers, Dave says the taste isn't bad. and for me i think the taste is good 😊👍 i like it Ok I wish you a wonderful day. Are you in Thailand or UK now?

@@TravelsWithRose unfortunately it will be a while before i am back in Thailand, i was due back in September but have some medical problems and will need a heart operation so i am not allowed to travel.....or work, i sponsor a beautiful little blind girl so will not be able to visit her either. if i ever get back to work i will retire in about three years to help me with three or four long (three month) trips

Thank you very much for the great advice, we only came to Vietnam for 6 days so not enough to explore the beautiful places, I think we will come back here and spend more time in Vietnam. love your opinion😊🙏🥰

I stayed at Victoria Hotel Hoi An on 17 March 2024 and rent a scooter to downtown. The breakfast food was pretty good. However, I tried the pho and many other the Vietnamese food; they are not good. I tried very much a lot of pho at a nice restaurant (Madame Lan) in Da Nang, on the street, and at many other standard restaurants, and they are not as good as in the U.S or in Paris France. In my opinion, most Vietnamese food like Banh Xieo, Pho, Canh Chua (fish sour soup), etc. in Vietnam are not as good as in the U.S. and in Paris.

(Dave typing) Thanks for taking the time to share your experiences. We had a generally excellent experience with Vietnamese food -- save for one very sour "Bun Cha" soup and extreme price-gouging at all three eateries (same owner) at Da Nang airport which was eight times the local price. People expect to pay more at the airport, but I'd never seen an 800% mark-up!

@warriorMindet339 If you want accurate information, you have to check the information from Agoda because the price is different every day. If I tell you the trade time I booked last year, it will not match the current price☺️🙏

(Dave typing) Don't worry friend, Rose and I have been together a looong time. My wallet had already been emptied many years ago in the UK, before Rose and I even met in Thailand!! 😉😂 (Remarkably, Rose is actually very, very careful with money.)
