In this part of the video I bet that these Italians came from Italy and came to NYC,and opened delis throughout the 5 bourgoues then branched out as I have worked in many different places and I worked in one for 8 years and Charlie let me do whatever I wanted to do all Italian cold cuts,salads,soups, entrées,and people in General like this concept for anytime of the year sandwiches, platters,parties, anything and everything it goes well with any concept and we were extremely busy with delivery options as we had 7 delivery people 150 accounts depending on the CHEF'S ability but in the APPLE anything goes within price range high end cold cuts and about 20 different types of salads,and do types of cheese all imported from Italy

In the later stage of this video he asks what is my favorite sub is and I would answer by saying it's the Italian sub,with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, Italian spices and oil and vinegar plus the kosher pickle.about 8.00,worth it with a salad or hot soup and a beverage 10.00 total if it's done right
