I make it very similar but not with the beets and I usually substitute the spelt flour for vital wheat gluten but I think I will adopt your recipe because it Appears to be gluten free

Hello Chef! Thank you young brother. I love the idea of this but I have 2 comments to make. 1) Although I love the music, it is too loud so it is difficult to hear everything you say. Please make it more background and your instructions more in the foreground. 2) Are the beans merely soaked for a few hours, blanched , cooked but canned or precooked by the chef? As well as all of the rest of the vegetables. I am 70years old, vegan for 3 years and looking for recipes with that Spice to vary my vegan intake with more Soulfull Flavor. I'd appreciate your reply so I may try this recipe and perhaps others but I need clarification. Keep doing what you're doing. It is a great service. My 50 year old daughter is a Chef and about 8 years vegan. We are never quite sure how to pull off that "meaty flavor/consistency to mimick the flavor of those meats/fats we no longer eat. We knew some of the ingredients, but not all, to be able to satisfy our palettes. But we know what spices we like and use. So that's All Good. I make a fantastic Coconut Lime rice with Cilantro that is spicy, coconut sweet and tangy all at once. This Vegan Oxtail recipe will complement that face very well. I do miss my real oxtail recipe and would love to try this recipe and others. Thanks for your channel and I hope you will respond to my questions@
