Love your guys. Watched all the way too they plunger/ eye story. Now want to look up and write down recipes for all these crusts and see how they work for me. Sorry, tech. Challenged so imagine eye with plunger here.❤🎉
It's so good that you are mixing it up and not staying perfectly keto. So many people try to be strict and then completely fall off the wagon and gain the weight back. Proud of you both and how you've kept the weight off for so long. Thanks for all the recipes!
I adore you both and are friends in my head for sure. I just lost 104 lbs on Red Mountain’s RM3 program since October’23. I’m about to go on maintenance and it’s very scary to fly solo after no carbs for 9 months except from 2 fruits a day and only 900 calories a day. Very very strict. I’m not eating Keto right now but I watch your channel anyway because it’s so much fun and hoping I can use some of your meal ideas when I’m up to 1600 calories a day in maintenance starting in September. Thanks for all of your great content and I’m sending you my deepest sympathy regarding your father’s passing. The love and dedication you showed him while he was in the hospital and then at home in hospice was extraordinary. You were his earth angels and still are. ❤❤
Ooh, the apprehension is real! I remember watching the date for my up-calorie approaching and thinking, “But I _like_ carrying a day’s worth of food in a single little tote!” I went from 600 to 1200 to 1800-my final intake. I did very well until 2020; I am working my way back down from a 20-pound gain, but this time I have a lot more information to work with. Best of luck to you in your health journey!
if you havent tried, i do suggest the Carbonaut pizza crust. I only found it recently in my area. Its the best out of box Ive found, including the cauliflower ones. But you do need to cook it different from instructions. First, I spread a herb/garlic olive oil over the crust to give it some flavor and then I bake it 8 mins in oven first. Then take out, add sauce, cheese, toppings, etc and then bake per instructions.
'Tried it. 'Thought it was okay, but for $10 on sale, 'not likely to buy it again. 'Like your idea to olive oil the crust though. If I do try it again, I'll do that.
I tried it, ehh, wasn't a fan. However, I only did as the box said. 🤔 I bet if I had done this, it would've been better. Great idea. Just a bit too $$$ for me = for 1 little pizza crust.
That’s what I love about you guys, I’ve been following you over 3 years, congrats on so many many more subs😊😊. Your personalities shine through. A big Thank you from Beaumont Alberta 🇨🇦🇨🇦😊
The end 💖 Ps I make a take on your use of provolone... in a super non-stick pan, med heat, melt a little ghee, lay 3 provolone slices plus ¼ slices around in a circle to cover bottom of pan. Lay low carb tortilla on top of melting cheese. When cheese is toasted you can easily slide the cheese/tortilla crust around in the pan. Flip it over for a few minutes to toast the plain side. Take crust out of pan, cheese side up. Top with tomato paste, pizza seasoning, toppings, mozz, etc. Broil in oven until top is warmed through. Makes a thin, crispy and chewy crust!
My husband and I have been eating the low carb tortilla pizza for 2 years or so now ever since I saw your original video about it. We love it but only eat it once a week. I could eat them every night though…soooo good! Going to try the egg white pizza and maybe try making one on the “Egg-Life” wraps too. Would definitely be cleaner. Thanks Girls for all the great and funny videos!
Thanks! I appreciate the variety. My philosophy is that I can eat anything I want to, just not very much and not very often. Trick-or-treat candy is OK as long as you only have it once a year and share it with the rest of your family (so you don't eat it all yourself). I'll have to try some of these, but the low carb tortilla is more my speed, especially if I can make it crispy.
I’m having tortilla crust pizza for supper tonight. My husband requested it. It’s my favorite easy night meal. I’ve also tried the King Arthur’s one. We like it too. Appreciate the recap! 👀🪠
🪠👁 You guys are THE BEST!!!!! Most of our recipes are from your channel! Trying the keto cheetos this weekend after having your your chaffles tonight. Love you guys! ❤
Oh ladies!!! I JUST tried a newfangled wrap/pizza crust/flatbread and it was actually really good!!! I did this one with cooked burger meat but I’m going to do the next one with canned chicken for maybe a lighter flavor(?). I also want to try the burger version with some caraway or something whizzed in the bullet for an actual reuben-esque wrap, too! I got the idea from several different YT channels and combined the ingredients and techniques for my own final outcome. Ok, 1/2c cooked burger, 1/2c cottage cheese, 3 eggs, pureed in a nutribullet, pour into parchment and baked at 350 for 20, and then “crisped” in a dry frying pan. Oh my gracious!! I was pretty impressed anyway!! And awesomely easy, awesomely affordable, and awesomely versatile for sammies and wraps! I also want to try it with just 2 eggs as well, see what kind of difference that might make. And bless you Sarah! Flush your eyes with solution maybe?
👁🪠LOL! I love you ladies! I have been on Keto for a year now and you popped up when I was looking for Keto recipe ideas, and I have been with you ladies ever since. When I subscribed, I got caught up on everything I missed. So grateful for you both!
🪠👁️ Pizza is my all-time favorite food. Thanks for this video. Actually I think I’m going to try the king Arthur pizza, my husband might even do that one. Thank you ladies have a blessed day.❤
Great list my friends! We appreciate everything you do to share your experiences with so many people. And thank you for the shoutout! 😊 Also, the glasses are a good look. Funny story about the plunger.
Guys, this channel has made me want to give this another try! I find it a bit hard because I live in Norway and I can't get all the keto stuff Americans have access to, but you guys have some many cool ideas. I also appreciate that you give credit to the channels that help you. I will definitely try the keto cheesy bread!
🪠👓 Next time you have a clogged sink, put about 1/4 to 1/2 cup of dawn dishwashing liquid in the drain. Let is sit an hour, then plunge. We periodically put dawn down all our drains and it really does help keep them clear.
Thanks to you guys. My favorite is The King Arthur's Keto pizza dough. It's also very affordable. It's easy enough and gives you that real pizza feeling. Very yummy! The chicken crust is also very good too.
My favorite pizza crust is canned chicken, Parmesan cheese and egg- whizz it up in a food processor and bake before topping. Makes a 12 inch ish crust that I sturdy…hold anything. It will easily fill up two people. Thanks for the great ideas. Yeah that meatzza crust is too much for me.
👁️🪠 I bought that King Arthur pizza box and have yet to try it. I’ll have to one of these days. Sarah, you look stunning in those glasses! Perfect choice! Thank you both for another great video!😊
👁🪠 I love you guys. You are inspiring, you make me laugh and I can ressonate with your style of following keto. I hit hard times and fell off the wagon a while ago, gained weight back, but I am slowly trying to get back on track. Thank you for being so real. God bless.❤
Thanks for sharing. I use Keto flour regularly as my family loves this pizza crust. I also use it for my sourdough bread for which I spent some time (20 days) to make the starter bloom. Now I bake weekly using this Keto flour starter and enjoy the taste of it.
I made the pizza with the psyllium husk and bamboo fiber, I used the whole psyllium husk powder and it didn't turn blue, and it turned out good. Wish I would have had more time, but it was still good. Thanks, I always love your videos
👁🪠 This was such a helpful video!! Thank you for taking the time to put this together so we can choose which pizza works for our different needs! You girls keep kicking it out of the park!!
I just want to let you know how much I love your channel. I don't comment a lot, but I really love all your videos. You are funny and open and honest and adventurous. Thank you for all you do! 👁🪠
😳🪠 thank you for this gathering!-I love and super appreciate that you gathered the the best options of various crusts AND took the time to talk about each rather than doing a “best of “ compilation with no new thoughts!
Love this video! I love how you break it down, especially times and how complex each one is. Oh, and btw: love Sarah’s glasses! Suits you very nicely 😊
🪠👁️ I understand how you feel. I’ve been through so many tests getting ready for cataract surgery. My eyes feel so sore and tired I just don’t want anything to be a bother to them. But I enjoyed watching your recipes and inspiration on the pizza crusts. I’ll try it. I want to make and freeze them so that part is done and just have fun deciding on toppings and then enjoy the meal and not be all worn out from that part.
🪠👁 love you guys so much! I made a pizza from simply mama cooks (it was the pizza casserole) and for me, I dolloped Rao's marinara on it and just put the toppings I liked on top. I also used a keto flour instead of what she used, or almond flour, but probably any would work. It's pretty good!
lol, I’m not good with emoji’s but your channel is one of the few I have the patience and attention span to watch to the end. You ladies are the best. I am always trying new pizza recipes, but the one I keep going back to is Chef Fat Gram’s The Last Pizza Recipe You Will Need, or something along those lines. It’s really good and he uses an unusual technique to get a crispy crust.
Great video. Once I put the dish liquid back under the sink and lid was still up. It splashed into my eye and I ended having to go to eye dr. Swollen up for about a week. Glad you’re ok! Thanks for video!
❤👁🪠🤣 love watching your videos. Just started the keto diet July 1st and have already lost 22 pounds. Looking for get recipes to eat so it's easy to stick to the diet.
