Neutral over side does a neutral while holding both side and aim up so it makes it possible to do a neutral while still drifting to the side rather than just stopping mid air. At least that's what I'd say if I didn't just try it and find absolutely no difference whether it's on or off. Seems like it always prioritises neutral of side lmao. EDIT: Okay so it does what I previously said but ONLY if you are using Jump + Aim Up. If you turn it off with Jump + Aim Up it will always prioritise sair, if you turn it on it will prioritise nair. With only Aim Up bound it will always prioritise neutral over side regardless. Also note that with Jump + Aim Up it becomes impossible to prioritise neutral over side on the ground.
i wonder what people use for movement like wasd is cool but i feel like it is a bit less efficient since my left pinky is unused and i need to use my middle finger for both aim up and down. what do pros prefer?
i use the semi colon to dash and it makes my mechs faster but is very uncomfortable shift is more convenient but just abit slower (just for me might not be for everyone)
WASD and Numpad have been the most comfortable configuration I've tried for fighting games, my hands just stay there and I don't need to do weird movements
I'm thinking about start playing with keybord instead of mouse, im actually diamond but honestly i don't have a real reason to change, but i always hear players saying that actually it's better to play just with keyboard. Can someone explain me why is better keyboard than mouse
Well im no pro, and im not too high elo , but basically with mouse, you have one hand only for attacking, and the other for all movement, when you have both hands on the kry board, you can not only attack with that hand but if you have certain binds you can throw with that hand, dodge if you want, it's really about the fact it give your hands more options, and it's more forgiving on your left hand, that has to be everywhere on the key board at once
Here's how you can tell the difference between "Prioritize neutral over side" - with it enabled if you jump and push aim up and a side direction it will do a neutral air attack. Without it enabled if you jump and push aim up and to the side it will do a side air. Prioritize neutral over side makes it easier to drift and do nairs. If you turn it off, you can drift and you'd do sairs with the same input.
I tested this and made a comment here but this is only the case if you are using Jump + Aim Up. If you have separate binds for Jump and Aim Up it will ALWAYS prioritise neutral over side.
