My first lens for my S5IIX, and it's still my favorite! While my Sigma 85mm f/1.4 DG DN Art has a special place in my heart for portraits and Sigma 50mm f/2 for everyday photography, nothing beats the versatility and features of the 24-105 F4. Samyang recently released their 35-150 f2-2.8 for L Mount. Have you considered reviewing it?
@@jeffszurgot Yeah, not worried about the weight.. Have had every 5D ever, and used it w/ the 70-200 for many years, and other big lenses but.. 24mm isn't really my fav focal length. After shooting 24-105 for many years, I won't miss it. 35mm is usually the widest I ever need. Anything other than that I just use my feet to get what I need. Crazy, I've had the lens for a week now, but just been busy. Gonna shoot it next week though and I'll make a video.
@@TopshelfJunior let us know what you think in comparison to the 24-105. I have just sold my sigma 28-70 to get the Samyang but so far I think it's a terrible lens! Thinking of returning it and buying the 24-105 panasonic.
@@MrMikesx13 Yikes lol. What's terrible about the lens ?! I happen to love mine. Photos and videos with it on my page in my most recent video. Worked perfect, auto-focus worked like a charm also. I don't miss the 24-105F4 one bit.
