Hey Wanjoeh! I am literally a beginner and I bought a new a6000 because.I think it would be more than enough for me at the start. What is thet best lens combo with this camera or the best beginner setup you recommend? :) I bought the camera without the kit lens and to be honest I don't want to "waste" the money for kit lens. I like to travel so I would like to use the camera pretty much everything. I like to shoot buildings but also like street photography so much. I like your channel you are doing a good job! :)

Thanks for your Comment. for just one lens would Highly recommend the Sigma 18-50 F2.8 as a budget friendly lens. If you have more money, and only want one lens, Tamron would be the best way to go.

Great Question. i like the Tamron 17-70 but its a bit heavy for daily use for me. I always find myself leaving it at home. Now if you are doing Video with the lens, then by far its the best to have since it the lens is stabilized.

I have the a6000 and tamron 17-70 2.8 A really versatile lens that pairs nicely and is pretty sharp. Good lens if you want to upgrade camera body in the future. The Tamron isn't too heavy (been travelling with it a lot) but not something I'd get if you want to solely do videography.

@@anandmiesala2745 I have a ulanzi bag strap that lets me put away my camera when not in use and it works perfectly. You can also get a nice 50/35/85 1.8.
