Hey Tim, at around 10:00 into the program you offer to share resources on where to buy items (sheets), but the current website and link in this video don't appear to lead to any resources other than books. I've been listening to you for a while and want you to get the revenue from the referral (if any), so looking for your links. But will look elsewhere if I can't find it soon. Can you share?
My biggest pet peeve is low quality duvets in rentals. Thin, plastic feeling blankets and comforters have become the norm. I get wanting to save money but it costs more in the long run because guests have to jack up the heat on cooler nights to compensate for the lack of warmth from the bedding. If you respect your guests, at the very least spend $50 on a halfway decent down alternative comforter at Home Goods. Charging someone to sleep on something you got on clearance at Dollar General is almost disrespectful to your guests.
