Hi! Could you do a video to let us know about the new RU-vid ads changes (espicially for live streaming using Streamyard)? If I remember well, we'll have the possibility to pause the ads (but where). Or will we be able to say we do not want ads during our lives? Please let us know! 🙂
Question: Do you think Mobile Live Streaming would be sufficient enough to just live stream a mountain side on RU-vid? And, have a 24hr music source playing?
I had a question about livestream audio. Previously I used either a Logitech Webcam or Elgato Webcam, but I just upgraded to a hand-me-down Nikon D3400 with a Capture Card. My issue however is that the audio is coming from the Camera and not my external Shure MV7 as presiously functioned w the webcam. Is there a setting I need adjust in settings and or on the SY interface for me to get a clean audio as before. In any case, I am really anjoying the updated camera as it's so much clearer
In your StreamYard Studio, go to Settings > Audio > Mic > select your Shure MV7. That should solve it. While you're there, click Camera > make sure your Nikon is still selected. -Mo
@@StreamYard thanks for the reply, we do spaces a few times a week and would love to stream it on RU-vid too, can’t find anywhere that can do it easily and without needing other Apps.
Also be aware of reflections from other objects.. A monitor or other kit also produces light of varying colours which will alter things and will also affect sound. Have a look at what they do in a real television studio and reverse engineer it.. For instance they have something similar to carpet on the desk.. for us a beach towel (available in many colours) works to stop light and audio reflection. They actually have several microphones for the presenter that are mixed together.. and look where the lighting is.. and there are loads of lights.. it can get very hot there.. and extremely bright, look at the presenters irises and how small they are.. the camera and post processing make it look as we see it. There is also the fact that there are quite a few people running the studio and the lighting engineer will alter the intensity and type as they move around the studio. Softening or reflected light helps with a small setup, even light from a window can be improved or softened by using a voil or net curtain which could be white or off-white etc. Pointing an led light at a large bed sheet or larger non reflective paper can soften and reduce reflections. Have a look at how films do VFX and SFX to create the look of a scene and the camera settings. Hope that gives some ideas. Main thing is to have fun.
Hey I got a question, can you add a feature where you can stream your screen on mobile devices (IOS, Android and etc) I need to make a birthday stream soon and idk if you can make this update real fast but yeah
