Would love to see you explore more traditional cuisine related stuff too like Shoujin Ryouri, Wagashi or even just vegetables/fruits unique to Japan. I feel like it's a very unique part of Japanese cuisine that doesn't get explored enough, bonus that non meat eaters can also enjoy them. These type of Japanese cuisine videos on youtube people seem to focus on the same old boring taste palette of the average foreign youtuber of fish, ramen, fried stuff etc.
