I would actually encourage you to try nuphy lp keyboards. K3 sounds horrible. and it is clearly not one of the best in its class. Give it a try and you will like the nuphy boards.

Why did you choose the optical version instead of the mechanical one? I can't decide which to buy in terms of typing experience....
