Just an incredible selection of 'records of the week' in that year. (Sparklehorse, Ooberman, Ten Benson etc) We really were spoilt for choice. Just a shame we only got to hear them a few times because of the despised (by genuine music lovers at least) chart music heavy radio 1 playlist. Many of the rarer tunes I only found restrospectively thanks to an M&L fan site listing the complete ROTW archive online. The website is no longer there but I managed to copy the list and find all those seldom heard gems.
