As an Iraqi American , Applaud your bravery , not many Americans or other people in general have what it take to go see with their own eyes , thank you sir , much respect to you and the lady With you!
Oh god the moment he started driving wrong way lol. Bring back memories from 15 years ago, I guess some things never change. I love how you took it positively instead of criticizing it which would've been totally fair. You talk about how generous Iraqis are and I think you're being generous too :). I loved the choice of the music you did some good research! Thank you for this video and I wish you guys all the best. Yasir.
We want the Arabic translation on a video so that we can watch the full video نريد أن تفعل خاصيه الترجمه العربيه على فيديو حتى نستطيع مشاهده الفيديو كامل
I was surprised and also happy to see Anka on your video, she’s my friend and I helped her with the few questions she had before coming to Iraq. It’s a nice coincidence to see her in here 😄
Thank you so much for this honest review of our country. People think that Iraq is destroyed and we are terrorist holding guns in our hands and waiting to kill any stranger, this is not the case. We are very hospitable people and just want to live in peace. Thank you again and I wish we could meet some day💓🌸
Hi, first, I want to thank both of you for being nice and did not acted like many other westerner youtubers who visited Iraq (like, omg people look at me, they'll kidnap me .... blah blah) even though it is definitely not the safest place on earth, second, the lady with you reminded me of the beautiful the late Audrey Hepburn, third, women in Iraq (especially in Baghdad) never have an Islamic dress code like other neighbor countries with except to Najaf and Karbala which considered as a holy cities for all Shi'a muslims (and muslims in general) and other religious places (like mosques, shrines ...etc.), also, Iraq wasn't a backward country as "western" media always portrayed "and still do so", on contrast, it was one of the fastest developing countries in the whole world, e.g: the third highest GDP in the whole world (fun fact, Britain was in debt to Iraq for more than once lol), education was comparable to Scandinavian countries (one of the best in the area), lots of foreign students and workers from around the world, .... etc. but unfortunately all these things started to change after the crimes of the so-called desert storm and the sanctions and became way (really really way) much worse after the crimes of 2003 ... Anyway, with one of the kind history and such brave people, Iraq will definitely gonna back to the top by it's own people. Last, sorry for my English and I hope both of you have enjoyed being there ❤ P.s: Iraq have the most ancient kitchen in the world (like many other things), so the Masgouf you've eaten is go back to more than 4000 years and the word itself is a Sumerian word means stack vertically, as you saw how they cooked it.
The tuk-tuk driver is a nice guy. He tries to be friendly with foreigners, like all Iraqis, but he does not know the English language. He points you to the car dealerships. You imagined him saying his name 😃😃. I hope you enjoyed in Iraq. And welcome to all tourists in Mesopotamia from any country in the world..
Best short documentary I seen from a traveller to Iraq. It’s great to see that you guys had a good time in Mesopotamia. Thank you for showing the world the true face of my country ♥️
you are just different from other travel youtubers, you are focusing on educating people through your videos, also no one cover modren side of Baghdad like Mansour or Zayuna districts, I know tourists love old roads but give it a shut if you have time, BTW you you should visit Mustansria school and Abbasid palace both of them are 700 years old buidlings
Welcome to Iraq. There is no need to hear rumors. Come and see the beauty of Iraq and the security in Iraq is great and very safe. Today, Iraq is welcoming all tourists, from different religions and all countries. 🇮🇶🇮🇶
How you can say is ( very safe) you can't a guarantee your life and you are iraqi how you can sure the Westerners life specially if they are us or uk Citizens or maybe will end as hostage the country is Chaos control by milita and the government is weak this is the fact
@@Daygum1976 It's not safe for you then ! you do have problem with everyone even with the Vlog it self😂!! me as a Canadian and thousands of tourists, workers and pilgrims visiting Iraq every year nothing bad happened to us and we go back home with good memories from iraq ! The only issue we had is the Visa process and thankfully it's easy now.

Well said. Iraqis are definitely friendly and generous Given the amount of tourists that visited iraq in the last few months, that boosted tourism in iraq :)
Thank you for showing a part of the October Revolution. In fact, I cried and at the same time rejoiced, because they were beautiful days, but I do not wish that those days will be repeated because of our loss of many Iraqi people, and thank you for delivering part of our demands🤍
The guy with tik tik was so happy, Because you went with him, he is very happy with the arrival of tourists from America, and he used to say long live America,,🇮🇶🤍
Welcome to Iraq in your second country, and thank you for your beautiful words about Iraq and we really really like American people And all the peoples of other countries as well❤️❤️❤️
