RECIPE:
✅ We will combine the ground beef with the onion and add: egg, pepper, salt, baking soda, dry spice and sweet pepper. Add breadcrumbs and parsley and mix everything well. We mix freely with our hands. We also add one tablespoon of oil
✅ We form balls of a size that we determine ourselves
✅ Fry for about 10 minutes, constantly turning over and turning the dumplings
✅ When they are already nicely fried, add 2 tablespoons of flour and fry in oil and combine with meatballs
✅ Add 500 ml of hot water and 2 tablespoons of tomato puree, mix everything well
✅ Simmer for 30 minutes on medium heat
✅ In the end we will season as desired, we put dry spice, pepper and parsley
And that's it, our meatballs are ready. The juice has an amazing texture and the meatballs are super delicious.
