Soap contains harsh chemicals which are not good for the face While cleansers are more gentle on the face Eg of the cleansers are gave in that video are very affordable
Good day kamsy, i watched your video and followed your rule, but i have two questions. 1. Should i use them before going to the gym very early or after the gym before heading to work? 2. I already have clean & clear blackhead cleanser, can i also use the simple face wash? Thank you
You can wear sunscreen before going to the gym in the morning then when you come back to have your bath before going to work you can now do your morning time routine
2. I guess the clean and clear has salicylic acid in the facial wash correct me if I'm wrong if it does you can't be using it every day but if it doesn't have any salicylic acid then you don't need to buy simple untill the one you using is finish
