So, the slower you practice the quicker you reach your goal. As an exponent of anxiety, I have to force myself to practice slowly. What’s interesting to me is when I do play slooooowly, the anxiety stops.

Love the background music from 1:07. It`s actually from a Nintendo 64 video game, Supermario 64. Such an iconic melodi. It really brings memories from my childhood.

Depends on the piece. Probably like 1 week to 1 year depending on the difficulty and your level

#Lieu. How about loosing the background music? Put it in at the end of you talk, if you want to. I feel it is distracting. I listen to your videos to hear you not “elevator” music.
