Good job compadre, there is no limits to Mexican taco’s, in Mexico we also have taco stands that offer tacos revuelto, which is a variety of homemade cooking. I love it, keep cooking!!!

Big family looking for big disc, any insight even if having to make one? Grandkids, daughter and grandpa asking and we love Mexican & Italian.

This particular one is made from an old plow/harow disc. It's just had the metal hole in the middle welded up and handles added. I would check craigslist or eBay. Alternatively you can buy them already pre-made here. bit.ly/3bfbpuF. Hope that helps!
