Hey y'all I'm sorry about the late upload, this should have been up yesterday, I don't have an excuse, just had some things come up.
Today's video is a 3 week review on my new Corsa Sport Exhaust mated with my Stainless Power High Flow Catted Long Tube Headers.
I really appreciate all of the love and support on my channel. We are so close to hitting 1,000 views on two of my videos which is absolutely amazing and such an incredible feeling and it's all because of you; so from the bottom of my heart thank you.

The exhaust sounds way better after it broke in. It was really quiet and didn't seem to carry a ton of tone at first but then it broke in and it sounds phenomenal. I love how my car sounds now. It's not too much but it gives off an amazing tone and it can get pretty loud when I want it to. I'm incredibly satisfied with it. Thank you for watching!!

@@granthenneke That’s awesome dude!! I’m glad to hear it. Corsa Sports are amazing especially if you have headers or plan on running headers, the Xtremes are too much with headers and make the car sound really raspy. But even if you don’t have headers, the Sports are still a great option, especially if you pair it with some high-flow cats or completely delete the cats!

You're one of the only other people who believes in the exhaust break I've heard talk about it besides myself lol 😂 I went through everything you described, but with my own borla ATAKS. I hated them at first, just sounded like a cut off muffler. I think I'd still prefer the Corsas but I'm in it for the long haul now with as much as I spent on my system lol

The Borla Ataks are a really sick system too! I think you’ll enjoy them. And I know the feeling, right after I got the Corsa Sports put on, it sounded so quiet and just kinda meh and I was incredibly disappointed at first but then they broke in and sounded absolutely insane. I know what you mean. I honestly love how it is as it sits currently. I'm with you, I think Xtremes with headers are just too much and you lose all of that tone. Whereas the Sports, they have such a beautiful tone when paired with headers. It's not too much, but it's just enough. It gives off such a vibrant but also violent tone depending on RPM and load. For what I'm going for with my build, I think it's the perfect setup. I'm glad you enjoyed the video. Thank you for watching!

Absolutely! It's the perfect balance! It has several unique notes. At times it has a very soft and almost melodic sound and the harder you get into it the more violent it gets. It's not too loud but it's not quiet either. I'm glad to see someone else went the route I decided to go with as well and loves it! Enjoy your car and thank you for watching

Corsa's exhaust system is definitely one of the best out there and they produce such a unique sound! The 2nd Gen Coyotes sound so good with Corsa Sports as well! Definitely a sick car! Thank you so much for watching!

I had Corsa sport, but took it off because I didn’t like the sound,and ended up installing Flowmaster Outlaws instead , love the deeper sound.

I just switched out my xtreme axlebacks on my 2011 GT for sports and I do no regret my decision at all. I have the same setup as you SP Catted Headers, X-Pipe, and Corsa Sport axlebacks. With the xtremes i did not like the tone it didn’t even sound like a car to me anymore. I was honestly embarrassed to drive the car. To some people they enjoy the loud and obnoxious it was just simply not for me and thats honestly okay. With the sports the tone is spot on to what I wanted the car to sound like! Still loud but with better tone imo.

That’s awesome dude! I’m glad to hear you’re enjoying the sports! I think a lot of people get wrapped up in sheer volume instead of tone. I love a loud exhaust but if the tone is terrible there’s no point. I think Corsa Sports with high-flow catted headers is a perfect combination of volume and tone. Thank you so much for watching!

I started out with just the xtremes and a x pipe which i thought sounded perfect but I came across some headers, high flow cats, and x pipe for $900 and couldn’t pass up on it. I quickly realized I was not in love with driving the car anymore and I even got a ticket for loud exhaust. Luckily there was someone I met up with that was looking to trade sports for my xtremes. After watching tons of videos and coming across this video i said im gonna make the trade. It sounds so clean and refined I honestly love driving the car again!

@@markwilliams330 I'm glad to hear that you were able to find your dream exhaust setup. That can definitely be quite the challenge due to how many different systems there are out there on the market. I know you'll stay happy with that setup. It's also amazing to hear that this video was able to help persuade you to make the switch and pull the trigger on trading in the Xtremes for the Sports. I hate any exhaust mod that makes a Mustang sound like a cheap japanese import with a coffee can slapped over the muffler. Which is most of them. The tone needs to stay LOW and DEEP. BEASTLY. Most mods make it sound like a crotch rocket. This sounds pretty good.

I came across your RU-vid channel, I have a 2019 Mustang GT with a Corsa extreme catback exhaust installed. I love it, and it's loud plus my coworkers complain about it 😂, basically similar to how it's on your car. Mine has burbles and pops as well. I still have stock headers but considering on buying high flow cats for headers

Ive gotten 3rd gear lock out before and even 4th gear lock out once, they say the remedy is to replace the clutch with an aftermarket version. I have a new clutch just not installed yet and I got the McLeod stainless steel hydraulic clutch line as well

Same here on the lockout, or especially in 3rd, it feels like it’s all the way in but it’s really not, I’ve had that happen 2-3 times, not a pleasant experience lol. You’ll have to let me know how the new clutch is though!!

I have the mbrp active on my 2020. It's a good tone. It's not loud for the sake of loud. I am looking into header options. Looking at SP and Texas Speed

That’s sick!! You couldn’t go wrong with either Texas Speed or Stainless Power. I love my Stainless Power headers cause they have the option to get high flow cats (I don’t believe Texas Speed has that option but I could be wrong). Either way you’re gonna love it!! That’s a nice car dude, enjoy!!

Until you’ve heard the Atak by Borla side by side, you’ll notice the Borla isn’t raspy.

I get where you’re coming from the Borla Atak is definitely deeper, but I preferred the Corsa’s because of the higher pitch tones. The Corsa’s sounded a lot like a GT350. But the Borla Ataks are a great option as well! Thank you so much for watching!

I’ve got the Roush Extreme cat back on mine with a Roush CAI, 90mm throttle body and 1 7/8 long tubes and it’s literally louder than an Airplane. Yours sounds very good btw 🤙

I got LTH headers, and a magnaflow competition catback.. i wake up the dead on cold starts.. trying to figure out how to get the active exhaust to work, cuz its not working.. keeps throwing a 'exhaust mode selection not available' and the valves are stuck on normal.

@@ItsSmokey5.0 Yeah im loving it, although its loud as hell haha.. I mainly chose those parts along with a steeda closed CAI, to get it tuned by MAP in the UK.. I managed to get 485 at the wheel on pump gas :) Thing is.. no matter how much i love the sound she makes.. it will get me in trouble some day haha, just like yours, loving the downshifts, even though it scares people haha

I do! It’s an MGW Race X-Spec Low Profile short throw shifter with a Raceseng weighted shift knob. I love this shifter and shift knob setup a lot!!

Can you still switch the exhaust modes from quiet, sport, track, etc? If so, what mode were you running in this video?

My car actually didn’t come with the option for valved exhaust. However, you can buy Corsa exhaust systems that have valves in them if your car does have the option for valved exhaust and it will retain the factory feature of switching the exhaust modes.

So mine has some small rattles every now and then, I more notice it if I’m taking it up a little higher in the rpms like 4K+ but I think most of that is my short throw shifter. I think I have a few small rattles when listening to music in the car as well but it’s what we get for buying a Ford lol. It’s definitely not as bad as the previous S197 I used to drive, that thing rattled constantly 😂😂

It was on the car when I bought it. It's some sort of 3M carbon fiber trim piece that just covers the aluminum piece of the steering wheel. I actually tried searching for it to see if I could find something similar to it but I couldn't. it looks like now that most companies that manufacture carbon fiber interior parts are manufacturing OEM replacement pieces instead of 3M carbon fiber trim parts. @@bt_the_yank6234 I'm gonna be honest with you I'm not sure. I would assume so since you still technically have cats, but again I'm not 100% sure. I actually traded my 5.0 in a while ago and got a 2017 Civic Type R. The cursed lockout with the MT82s that I'm sure you heard about plagued my car. I would consistently get lockout from 2nd and 3rd gear, didn't matter what speed or RPM which is insane to me because I babied that car when driving.. Always took a second between shifts because I was always worried about that happening. I wish you the best of luck with the inspection though. My advice would be to reach out to a performance car shop in your area and see what they say.
