I think King K Rool’s tail length changing makes sense. Several reptiles can lose their tails and grow them back. Maybe that’s what happened to him.

Google translate says it means "Hovering songs" in Hindi ... I wonder how correct that is and if it was intended, would have dismissed it but India and Zelda both use Rupees for currency so there might be a connection there. (I assumed it would translate to something irish.)

I forgot Lucahjin did a DYKG episode. She should do more of them! She has a great voice, and she knows Japanese I think so that's probably helpful. I'd love if she could voice an episode on Ace Attorney or something

Gonif/Ganef is a Yiddish word that means scoundrel/dishonest person. There's a Hindu word that's also close-sounding the name Ganon that also means thief/someone who steals but I forgot.

One thing I noticed isn't said in the 1997 demo part, maybe because it wasn't alfeady discovered, is that Red would have been the gym leader of a shrinked Kanto, turned in a city, and another discovery is that Giovanni would have bern an Elite four

An extremly detailed hi resolution 2018 image of Walugi was released, and zooming in on the upside down L on his cap you will see that it is really a sticker, with it peeling off ever so slightly at the top right. This means he was so poor he could only afford a cap with a white circle, no letter

Did you know the he entire point of Link's Awakening is that Marin DIDN'T die at the end. So why is there no canonical representation of that being the thing that happened? No legend of a magic singing seagull. Making it seem like the "real" ending is the one where she dies!

I thought Ganon being spelled as Gannon in the original was a reference to Hakkai having 2 k’s, I also learned why there’s a move called Hakai in Dragon Ball Super used by all G.O.D and Goku that one time
