The title says it all. Great compilation. I saw all his movies in the 70`s as a young man and have all the box set of DVD`s. It was new and nothing like we had seen before. I made nunchucks from a broken brush and tried to copy him but my dad found it and I never saw it again. Thanks for bringing back the past.

The greatest martial artist of all time. I am so glad that I was around when Bruce was alive. My only regret is that I did not meet him in person to sit and talk a while. Bruce was very philosophical, and his insight was amazing. He had studied the many forms of fighting and not just in martial arts, but sword fighting, conventional boxing and many others. Bruce combined all the many good points of different fighting systems into his own form of fighting, taking out the things that did not work. This was the advent of so called Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) fighting. Amazing, and so much missed. Sammo Hung once asked Bruce how fast he was. So to find out he attempted a few kicks and punches. Bruce blocked them all well before Sammo could throw them. Bruce Lee could punch in 0.3 of a second. That is damned FAST!

Bruce Lee's stance, swag, and motion in fighting, is poetry in motion, or could be likened to the beauty of a woman. Not all the martial art films made in both the 20th and 21st century compares to a single one of Lee's films. The fight sequences in lees movies are so well done and believable that you forget they are cheorographed. They also are devoid of the cartoon like effects you get with the fights sequences of a Jackie chan movie, a jet li movie, a donie yen movie, and the list goes on. 47 years after this fight sequence is shot, audiences are still blown away like they did the first time they viewed it. The enthusiasm Mr Lee generated for the martial arts in the 20th century and beyond, will live on for a very long time. He is an important figure of the 20th century.
