I wish I could find a big fat torrent with all Looney Tunes episodes. I'm not a native English speaker, but even then I wouldn't care. I'd just force myself to understand their English in its entirety, including particular accents like Foghorn's. Looney Tunes are classics and should not be forgotten.
Only if that chick hawk traps dinner there dog I say dog slip your leash rommy boy to trap trump a large 🐓 an dine tonight on foul trump raise the muster of the veteran ability of a legal beagle
It is in National archives. It's in something even crazier. It's in data centers that are placed in fields and stored by government nerds to last for the duration of humanity's existence.
@@jumpinjojo ur not looking at me boy! Is that better ??? Approval from the Grammar police? You could live on here correcting peoples grammar or grammER. Lol.
@@GenGamesUniverse😂 I know exactly what he meant, cause I drove there a lot of times and know that road very well, long ,flat and straight road until you hit the bridges entering Dallas. 😅😄🤣🤣😂😂😆😜
Now that ol' hound dog is awful pest, he barks so much can't get no rest....oh doggy, you're gonna get some lumps, oh doggy, you're gonna get some bumps, oh doggy; huh, where was I... (Simply the best!!!) By the way, I'm 64
I remember watching this while growing up in thr 70's. This is one of things that resonated with me to become a Mechanical Engineer. It showed me that you can think outside the box to come up with better solutions.
Foghorn looking at Junior's chemistry set which reads 'Harmless.' "Whatcha got there boy? Looks like sody pop!" Foghorn shakes the beaker. "Watch it fizz!" It explodes! Too funny!😂😂😂
Without a doubt, the BEST Foghorn Leghorn/Egghead scene was the one where they played hide-and-seek. Foghorn hid in a firewood storage bin, and then cackled as Egghead walked off in another direction. "Looks like the boy genius broke his slide rule", he laughed. Egghead stopped by a tree, sat down on the grass, did some elaborate calculations, reached into a knothole of the tree, and pulled Foghorn out. "BUT -- BUT -- BOY! I WAS OVER THERE! I -- " Egghead pointed silently at the sheets of numbers. "Yeah, I know. Figures don't lie. But -- " And then, as Egghead walked away, Foghorn walked back to the storage bin, reached for the lid, and then stopped. "No; I better not. I just MIGHT be in there." Schrodinger's rooster?
Yull people are laughing and I'm cracking the fuck out.😄😅.. Yull gotta keep on yulls toes... Toes that is.. 🤣😂😂🤣😆... Can't never have enough of Leghorn...
Ya left out the part where leghorn hands him a baseball bat and says “you know what to do with it right?” And then the kid without hesitating whacks his right on the head with it. Cracks me up every time!
Cartoon writers back in the day introduced millions of kids to classical music. They were more likely to enjoy it more as background to their favorite cartoons than being made to listen to it by their "uncool" parents!
Yeah, I noticed alot of music of all types from the carnivals, circuses, cartoons. I miss classical most of all, it gave a great exposure to the better things in life that anyone can appreciate.
I show you how to make a paper airplane. Foghorn leghorn makes a paper airplane. Egghead makes his own paper airplane. Foghorn Leghorn Not boy,That would never fly? Fly? The paper airplane shots bullets to the paper airplane of Foghorn Leghorn Paper airplane is on fire. The airplane paper crashed and throws down Foghorn Leghorn There's something around here it does never ends up?
Im 57,that brings back so many saturday morning memories.sitting in front of the t.v. with my tray eating cap,n crunch.cartoons only came on every saturday mornings....i was up early.
Saw these and more on "The Bugs Bunny/Road Runner Hour" Saturday morning cartoons. Can't believe that's gone now and kids today don't get to see. Quality. Real quality is gone. So sad.
Cartoons like this still air on TV sometimes, and when they don't there's things like RU-vid. There are also a lot of current/current-ish cartoons with a lot of quality, so no one is missing out whichever way you look at it.
The best one was where Foghorn played hide-and-seek and hid in a feed box. The kid did some calculations, walked about 10 feet from the box, dug into the ground, and up popped Foghorn. Stunned, he said... wait, how, but... the box. He walks over to the box, grabs the lid, and says, " No, I better not look... I just might be in there."😏
Unfortunately some sad lonely people thought this was unfunny and start to ban it..in England we had Mary Whitehouse who banned everything that moved or talked..censorship was her idea.
especially Warner Brothers - it's the speed and timing of the ultra-violence - Bugs, Sylvester, Foghorn, and Yosemite Sam the greatest I love all of them
Remember watching this during my childhood and it gave me lots of laughs during Saturday's mornings cartoons still relevant to this day they don't make them like this anymore 🙏👍💪👊😁
I like the scene where Foghorn is sitting among his feathers which have all just been blown off of him.... He says, "I keeps my feathers numbered for just such an occasion!"
One of my favorite lines was when he was lighting a fuse on a stick of dynamite and he said “ This is gonna cause more confusion than a mouse in a burlesque show “. Lol classic!
My Favorite is When Foghorn Gave the Egghead Jr Back to His Mama And the Deal to Get Marry is Off. She Said I Thought You Needed My Love to Keep You Warm? Foghorn Said Baby, I've Got My Bandages to Keep Me Warm. Looking Like the Mummy LOL, (smile)
lol My favorite is when he's playing hide and seek with Egghead, and hides in the shed....then Egghead pulls out a slide rule and does some calculations, marks the ground with an 'X' and digs, and out pops Foggy...and he's like "b-b-but BOY, i was in THERE!?" and looks towards the shed....then he starts to approach the shed and then stops and says "no, i better not look...i just MIGHT be in there!"
@@DeathToTheDictators This is my favorite too, of all time! Greatest line ever in a cartoon! Of course, Mel's excellent timing and delivery made the moment! (And every other line he ever delivered in a cartoon)😂❤
Yes! I never forgot all of his episodes! I just sent a message telling my niece she'll have to let her dad win at golf for Father's Day and then said if she slices it really bad he can say, "I'say, I say there daughter. You're swinging it all wrong! Yes, I know your slide rule says it will work but let your dear old dad teach ya something. And put that stick of dynamite away. I'say , you Cain't use that on the golf course! It won't help and you might get us kicked out of here." Something like that. We totally grew up on Sat morning/after school Bugs Bunny and all of the good'ole cartoons so he'll get it immediately! LOL
@2tjanthony “I was thinking the same thing.. whoops, I was not supposed to say that.” Consider tho - at the end, Foghorn accepts the boy for what he can do. Even if he is a little different. What’s the objection?
I used to love when Foghorn would sneak up behind "that dawg",grab him by the tail, then whack his rear end with a board to get the dog to chase him, then the dog would reach the end of the chain and choke himself.
Foghorn Legghorn: "Now we've got the ball, and this is a bat. You know what's the bat for, son?" Egghead Jr. nods "yes" then takes the bat and hits Foghorn Leghorn over the head with it! "No no son! You hit the BALL with it! THE BALL!!" Classic cartoons that don't grow old, only better with age!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
What about the one where Foghorn Leghorn walks up on the kid working with his chemistry set? Foghorn: I say, boy! What’s that there you fiddlin’ with? Some soda pop? (snatches chemistry beaker from kid and starts shaking it with one hand) Hee, hee, hee. Watch it fizz. BOOM!!
My absolute favorite bit with Foghorn Leghorn and Egghead Jr is when they play hide and seek. That bit gets me every time and I still quote Foghorn Leghorn til this day, "no I better not look I just might be in there." 😂
Thanks for the laughs. I've got an old Yosemite sam key ring that hangs from my car's rearview mirror. A reminder of a time when people seemed less uptight and more carefree than people today. I'm sure they have a name for it? Yeah! Happy!😁
Ah the cartoons of yesterday year..nothn like this today..this educational stuff here..I miss all this stuff I used to get up early Saturday mornings to watch the old cartoons.that was the shit..
My brother (Tom) sent me the link. Before I new it I watched a hour and laughed my ass off. When Foghorn got his fethers blown off: I keep them numbered, for just these occasions.
Cartoons that made you laugh started fading away in the '70s', only to be replaced by some action adventure super heros, but mainly indoctrination ones like captain planet.
Yeah, I if I have to be indoctrinated, I prefer wartime cartoons. 1. I don’t need persuading to hate Hitler. And 2. There is lots of playing with explosives, and machine guns, and even cigarettes. Bite me Captain Planet.
My favorite is the hide and seek scene, where Foghorn hides in a covered box but the boy digs him up somewhere else. Mystified, Foghorn goes to open the box. Then he says, “No, I’d better not look. I just might be in there.” Schrödinger’s cat could not have done better.
No other cartoon voice actor could match up to Mel Blanc there will never be another funnier or better voice actor before or after like him. He was and will always be the greatest of them all
My dad had an electronics factory in the 80s. There were a lot of older ladies that worked there. Which we called the hens. We would say .. La I say Ladies.... too funny Ty for the post!
Awesome classic stuff. Foghorn is my dad’s favorite. I like the Foghorn episode with the little hip beatnik rooster that charms all the hens. And, I think it’s a Foghorn that has a rooster that croons like Bing Crosby that also charms the hens.
They were all masterpieces in the own right. Crisply executed, funny and still relevant today. We learnt science, morals and wit from Foghorn Leghorn. And respectful of kids ‘having a go’. Today it’s called gamification. Which is usually patronising and boring in comparison.
I remember watching this in Psychology class because of the "nerd" stereotype from Egghead Jr. Now I'm watching it because the other chicken became a meme.
They didn't show the one where they were playing hide and seek and he hides in the feedbox and the boy digs him out of a hole in the ground and he walks over "I better not, I just might be in there." Best one
You beat me to it! 😆 THAT is the BEST one! My Cousin and I screamed with laughter! we STILL do to this day! Thank God! For Boomerang! I Say! I Say!.. Thank God! For Boomerang!
Yes, that was my favorite too. I liked how the Egghead Jr. Chick would jot down the mathematical formulas & show them to Foghorn Leghorn proving that he was right.
That one is my favorite too! Thanks, Mel, and all you Loony Tune geniuses. Talk about warm, happy memories! My 5 year old grandson loves this one. He giggles every time and wants to watch it over and over. So do I. 😅😍❣
