You do know that Stephen Fry is like massively gay? And you are aware that that's totally not the reason that Stephen Fry retired from the position? Also could it not be that you leapt to the right? Also some BBC productions do have relatively right wing themes, such as Bodyguard, which could be seen to encourage the use of the police and encourage harsher laws to prevent terrorism (RIPA-18). If you look in the right direction you can see what you want to. HIGNFY does also regularly criticize the left wing so I don't know what you're on about.
