@@matds3641 been awhile since I watched the show, but I do recall her being kinda dumb in season one and maybe early season 2. She definitely changed as a character at her core (and not due so much to character development as it was the writers figuring out what kind of character she was. Early parks and rec looked a lot like an "office 2.0" but they definitely transitioned out of it by the end of season 2. Just my 2 cents though.
Me and my husband have literally been watching the series on repeat every single night since it ended. We watch our regular stuff, then always end on parks. You just don’t get tired of it, no matter how many times you’ve seen it. Still the only show I’ve ever been able to do this with.
I enjoyed the office, but there’s something about parks. Aside from season one, I can’t think Of another show where virtually every episode is consistently good
as much as I love Leslie for her goofy self, I think not adding the moments that made her connect with us as a citizen doing a government job which is just her trying to better the lives of people into the top was a mistake. some of her most inspirational speeches is what made people fall in love with her.
6:00 That's my friend whenever I slept over. I'd wake up way before her and at one point she would have her eyes open and she would sit up, then she would go back to sleeping. I always found it hilarious but I never told her about it
Ok, I kinda feel bad I just noticed this, but at 4:10, the librarian swipes Leslie's card in the library's DVD unlocking swipe machine. Ah, at least use a credit card swipe Props department! Obviously I go to the library a lot.
