Nah, she just can't fry chicken. I've used canola, peanut, grapseed, and olive oil. My chicken never looks like that. Also, if you're going to use another breading besides flour, grind it fine, so it's not so tough and dry looking

Ginas chicken looked so moist and delicious, and I’m not a fan of on the bone chicken, but I would eat that. Also the mac n cheese, It looks like she put extra EXTRA shredded cheese in it and I loveeee a stringy mac n cheese. Also, Gina just overall is so so sweet, so willing to try new foods and other peoples foods which is so refreshing to see lol. I would love to have her over to try my food bc I would take her criticism FOR SURE.

Heck yea, Who Dat?!? I wish they would do one with the best of LA's cooks. If you have never had an earthquake cake, it's a must. I won the 4H cookoff with grandma's recipe, although all of her measurements were "a pinch of this and a dash of that."
