Im not sure how, but I woke up this morning with my abs and upper back feeling so sore after doing this workout yesterday! It feels great because i wasn't able to target these muscles with other videos! Really hoping this will help the years of pain ive had in my neck/upper back area.Thank you!

This is so so so good!! All of the tight, over strengthened muscle are stretched. At the same time all of the weak and loosened muscles are addressed as well.
